Update from my previous review. I had Kelly's Carpet Cleaning out again to clean my carpet again. After cleaning my carpets within a day my carpets started to smell really bad. I reached out to Kelly's Carpet Cleaning to let them know of the problem. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning reply - what do you want us to do. My reply - to come out again and reclean. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning - Suppose to be going out of town but I will get back to you I texted again the next day letting Kelly's Carpet Cleaning know the smell was getting worst with no reply from them. I have family coming to stay with us for the holidays. There is no way I can have a smelling house. I had to hire another Company and pay the same amount I already paid Kelly's Carpet Cleaning. There is no longer the smell after the new Company cleaned my carpets. It's a shame to be treated like this after you pay for a service and have been a loyal customer. read more

These guys were amazing! After being gone for three weeks, our teenage boys, dog and cat, did everything but burn the place down...carpet was DESTROYED! They came in and saved the day! I am still shocked they were able to bring it back to normal! I did not think it was possible! Also they booked direct through Yelp on a Sunday evening! Went above and beyond to take care of us. We have had Kelly's carpet cleaning twice now. They were extremely professional and tailor their service to your needs. Would highly recommend this company. We have over-payed Kelly's Carpet cleaning due to an administrative mistake. After providing the supporting documents, including the endorsed checks, Kelly's is refusing to refund the overpayment and will not return calls. Very poor ethics. Would not recommend to anyone. Will be filing with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I had them clean my carpets last week, and I must say they did a great job. We have a new puppy that we are house breaking and had lots of stains in the carpet. They used an enzyme treatment on it and my carpet looks new. I was afraid I was going to have to replace it. The price is more than fair. Definitely recommend them!! read more
