She answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. When I went to the facility to sign the paperwork I was even more impressed. The office was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the units. The storage facility is very cl​ean with easy access to your unit and plenty of space to maneuver a large moving truck within the facility. I would give 5 stars but the downside is that I have had 2 rate increases within a years time frame. I would have hoped that if anything me being a loyal customer and having my unit for over a year in a half that I would be grandfathered into a rate. Its making it very hard for me to be able to afford these new rates of $400+ a month. I love the facility and their customer service. We are exceptionally lucky to have found this giant barn! Very clean! Brand new! No pests, no leaks, temp controlled, carts to cart ya crap! Cellular app access, beautiful clean restrooms and office area, friendly and family oriented staff! Small storages, medium storages, garage size storages, and bus size storages to catch all your stuffs! insurance and great fire protection, water run off inside storage rooms in case of unlikely wet disasters. The facility is really nice and definitely safe as it is fully monitored and has cameras everywhere. Tammy was amazing as she helped my fiance figure out the right storage room for all his stuff and showed him the elevator so that he could see that we could get his stuff upstairs to the unit she handpicked for us! I love the cleanliness and security of these buildings. The employees are awesome and always ready to help. I even got a text when they had noticed an issue with my lock. I was able to get down there and fix it right away. I wouldn't have noticed for a while as I don't go often. I just wish they would chill out with the rate hikes. I love the service at this location! They're always courteous and make things right if a mistake has been made. The only complaint I have is the rental raises (2 of them in the past 12 months!!!!?!) that have spiked the cost of my unit this past year alone!
