Great owner! Great service. Easy and transparent transaction. I was a little apprehensive as to the reception I would receive being a woman and a minority but my fear was unwarranted. Went to pick up my new firearm. It all went smoothly. Only downside with small independent shop is that all the paperwork is actually PAPER! LOL!! No computer docs. Worth it though for the homey feel. read more

I called to ask if he stocked a magazine for my pistol. He told me that I could order it online; when I told him that the prices ranged from $49-$79, he told me that if he was going to stock parts that he was going to mark them up to make money. He wasn't very helpful, or pleasant to speak with. read more

I took my AR in to have some minor work done on the break action release. Rich said it would take 2 weeks because he had other jobs ahead of me, but he had it done in a litter over 1 week. I dropped off a new trigger for him to install also and he told me to give him 2 days. He called me the next and had the trigger and gun work all completed. Very happy with his service and labor prices. Will return again if I need more work on any of my firearms. read more

I recently took a Kimber 1911 pistol to Goodshots, and had them install a Wilson Combat Bullet-Proof one-piece mainspring housing and magwell. I made this request a little more complicated by asking them to blend the magwell with the existing flaring on the frame of the pistol. They did a great job! It required some delicate and precise machining, along with some nice bead-blasting. They did a great job for a really great price. I'm totally happy with the work they do. read more
