Megan and Isaiah are an excellent fit for the parts department, they bring a super vibrant personality and make a great duo. Tyler in service is strongly educated and knows his equipment and always willing to help when called for questions on what to do and how to do it, he also runs a strong service department. Matt is the face to the whole dealership when you walk in with his pleasant smile and willingness and helpfulness to make sure to point you in the right direction. Ron and his staff at Green Valley are great. Almost a decade ago, he helped me buy the perfect tractor, backhoe, and loader combination for my needs. I ended up with a machine used for 1 season in the grape harvesting business at a great price. Whenever I have needed help, ordering parts or trying to remember how to hook up attachments, they have always been available and very helpful. I used to have an uncle who would help me with my equipment. He's gone, but I feel that connection when I talk with Ron and his people, especially the parts department. Avoid this Kubota dealership! There are too many other dealers who provide superior service, no need to put up with rude owners and poor service. This is a Mom and pop dealership owned by very unhelpful and rude people. When you arrive at he dealership nobody comes out to greet you, they are more interested in their spreadsheets and office work. the customer comes last. Went you confront them about such abominable behavior the owners turn nasty, very arrogant people. Why in the world would people who act like this go into a customer oriented retail operation where customer service is the gold standard. Makes no sense. read more

I have been a customer of GVT for years and purchased tractors and several implements to include a backhoe, rotator, box scrapers and numerous maintenance supplies. Recently I needed a hydraulic line to be replaced and told it was $50-70, which I thought was high to begin with. Finally I had to wait for the fittings to be delivered to GVT. I received a call from GVT letting me know the hoses were ready to pick up. Upon picking them up I was given an invoice for $179. I was shock to say the least. I was charge for "labor" which consisted of the parts guy walking to the shop 10' away and cutting two pieces of house 3' long. That's is how they justified the "up charge" of $120. To say the least I reject that bait and switch and went to TRactor Supply and bought two house for $13 ea-- complete! So much for loyalty after spending $70,000. You can never call and get someone to answer the phone - always voicemail - Ron and Kim are so self absorbed they will never help you resolve a mechanical issue as it could take away from their profits. Kim is just down right rude and certainly will not go out of her way to help. On the same day it was 100+ degrees outside and 90+ inside the parts area as Ron, Kim and Tyler sat in their air conditioned office. Literally the parts folks had 4 fans blowing to survive. I subsequently addressed my concerns with Ron who of course was dismissive as I am not a hot shot in the Napa Valley Winegrape Growers. There are several Kubota dealers in the 100 mile radius who provide "service". I can't tell you how many times I've seen people walk out because of no service. The irony is it's usually employees coming into the shop to buy stuff so they don't care what it cost - since they are not footing the bill. If you need a Kubota try Chico, Lodi, Auburn or San Jose, Yuba City or online - I don't mind driving a little further if I get customer service - stay away and go elsewhere. We purchased our tractor here in 2014 and have been very pleased with the tractor and follow up service. We had an issue with the hydraulics and were ready to drop off the tractor for service. Ron calmly walked us through a checklist of items that we could do to troubleshoot the problem, with the result that the problem was easily identified, we were able to make the correction ourselves, and did not have an expensive repair or downtime. read more

Never will I go there again! Went in to look at tractors as, we are looking to purchase a tractor and were told this is the place to go. Walked in and waited for someone to assist me. No one came to ask me a thing. One salesman was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. Used the restroom and then continued to wait.Finally, went to the office and was told very rudely that salesman were on the road and only person available to help me was the guy on the phone then pointed to the front and the side and told me to go look around. I was just a bit in shock at the manner in which I was treated as a potential customer. Maybe they made too much money already and don't need mine so, I am going to look in Elk Grove and Sacramento. read more

It's wrong that I had to give these guys a star, they definitely didn't deserve it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Three people were behind the parts counter and I was the only one in the store. You would think I would have at least gotten a hello or good morning, nope. When they finally acknowledged my existence I felt as though I was putting them out when I asked about a part. Some other guy (probably a regular)walked up to the counter and they all, including the guy who was helping me, stopped what they were doing to shoot the breeze with him. I will never go back, this was my second and final time trying to work with this place (both were horrible experiences). My advice, get your parts on line and save yourself the headache. read more
