When inspecting the car, I noticed how unkept it was. Mounds of sand in the front truck, the storage tunnel had drawings made with crayons on it. Just unkept and filthy everywhere. I test drove the car and noticed it had a slight pull to the left, which made me question the vehicles history, and asked for a full report. The car had an open recall, and when I asked the manager about fixing it, he tried to sell me on how they sell cars with recalls all the time and took no ownership over the issue. He stated that because Rivian has a slower turnaround time, that they refused contacting them about the truck I was interested in. Basically putting the issue on me. They clearly didn't recondition the car. Rushed it to market, and haven't invested anything into it. The sales rep was fine - more of a yes man - even agreeing with me on things I found questionable. The sales manager - Mike - refused to take ownership of anything and offerd no solutions to valid questions/issues.
