Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

I feel like I'm actually being taken care of and they make my pool management easy. If I bring in a water sample they chemically evaluate and recommend what I need to put it back in balance. We have tried to reach out and have not received a return call. Knickerbocker wants to charge an additional fee to do what should have been done originally by the opening team. We are simply requesting that the job that we paid for be completed. If there is something that needs to be fixed...we'll discuss that at that point.
