I ordered a Remington cordless shaver through Amazon and Goodman's wound up being the seller. A charge was made against my credit card but the item was not in stock After much delay, I decided to cance the order but Goodman's did not notify me of a credit to my credit card. I ordered another Remington cordless shaver that was advertised to have a runtime of 90 minutes beyween charges. However, when I received it and charged it, it ran for only 16 minutes - twice - and it was the worst shave I have ever experienced by a Remington shaver! I contacted Goodman's and told them I would like to exercise the money back guarantee. The lady in customer service said that a shipping label would be emailed to me the following day. That was over a week ago. I contacted customer service at Remington and was told that particular shaver was no longer manufactured and parts were not available. No wonder Goodman's is not listed with the Hialeah Better Business Bureau! read more

I saw one of their stickers while out in Miami and decided to check out the website. I ordered a few household items that I have been neglecting to buy. I usually wait until I come across a 20% coupon for bed bath and beyond. But the prices on the site were more than fair and everything I got had a little touch of character- unlike said giant company. I'm hesitant to promote this with a good review because then my secret "shop", where I get all my cool shit from will be known. But as a new business owner myself (cocktail collection) I know how much this can help. And everything I ordered came in a timely manner and I had no issues with any of my orders over the last year. I was looking for a Babyliss flat iron, and saw Goodman's was local and their pricing was fair. They were located in an industrial warehouse in Hialeah, but when I opened the door, it was like finding a gem. Inside is a very cute housewares store complete with vintage and antique props. They sell all type of interesting items like mason jars, blenders, Food Savers, too much too list. I was able to negotiate a further discount then what was advertised on the web since I bought a few more items after seeing all they have. The customer service person I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Overall a good experience. I will be back and was happy to find this interesting store. read more

My food processor is old, but I didn't want to spend the money to replace the whole thing. That you had the right part at a good price helped me extend the life of my appliance and saved me money.
