Key lime matcha and a dirty chai
    Marinda C.

Everything was very delicious and in particular I loved the key lime Matcha. As far as I remember this place is decently wheelchair accessible although the sidewalk outside is small so it has to be clear for you to be able to get the door open and get inside.

Cute coffee shop on the way to Glenn Falls. The girl at the counter was friendly. We ordered a London fog and a cappuccino. Both drinks were a bit disappointing but would try again.

What a find! We walked from our weekend stay about 1.5 miles away. It is also only 10 minutes from rocky city and would be a great stop before heading up lookout mountain. After all the beautiful homes we past we were absolutely delighted to grab some of the best coffee we had all weekend. The americano was smooth and silky and the nitro could have passed as a dark beer with how balanced it came through. We snacked on a chocolate chip scone that tasted sweet complimented by how light in texture it was compared to a typical scone. We were tempted to get another one. There were some people working quietly, but it is a smaller space and like functions as a stop in.

The coffee is great and so are the coffee concoctions. Sadly, they are not open at the location in Warehouse Row on Sundays.

Coffee is solid here; I got a latte that lasted me through my whole road trip because it was so strong! I loved the hanging plants and ambience, and the service was friendly.

I absolutely adored this place…read more Drinks - I had the chance to try two different drinks on this visit. The first was an iced matcha with a little added blackberry. It was really smooth and a very nice quality. The second drink was an iced latte from their specialty menu that had been renamed for a special event I was attending. I loved the flavor of the coffee, so much so that I grabbed some of their beans to take home as well. Merch - There was a great selection of merch from the company and local artisans as well. The stickers and mucus has some really cool designs. Staff - the baristas were some of the nicest people. Not only were they slinging drinks and working the event, but they were just amazingly personable and kind to all of our group. Location - most importantly though was the stunning location. The furniture, decor, vibe and even the commitment to theme through the bathrooms was everything. Even the confessionals booth was just perfect. Overall it is definitely a visit, and I will be back.

One of my main things beyond the taste is more health related. I need to stay away from dairy as much as possible and have run into some issues. To minimize my dairy intake, I ask for a dairy alternative like almond or oat milk (and no whipped cream). Most recently, I requested oat milk and they instead made my drink with whole milk...that didn't go well and I got really congested and started having issues with my nose and throat. Was wondering why that was happening and checked the label only to realize it read whole milk, not oat milk as requested. I couldn't even drink half of it. Might be good to add a verification screen like competitors so customers can know their order is entered as placed and help catch mishaps before they happen. I for sure will be checking my labels regardless to make sure this doesn't happen again. I, unfortunately, can't trust that communication issues will not happen again. Normally I'd not care and just drink it anyway but this type of thing closes me up and wastes both product and money. ***Double check your order and verify your labels before you drive off.*** (Why I changed to two stars: The mishap was one thing but, reaching out to them to speak to someone about what happened only to get a message service is disappointing. It is especially disappointing when no one returns your call after the audio message says that messages are checked "multiple times each day"...after several days, I received a less than professional text message with no introduction or identification from a number my phone could not ID)

Grindhead is a funny little spot, directly behind a Dutch Brothers Coffee with a Caribbean/Pirate theme. So I walk in, and I hear from behind the coffee bar, Ahoy Matey to the sound of the Caribbean music playing in the background. The barista was friendly and helpful as we chatted a bit about the shop. I started with one of their seasonal offerings, an Eggnog Latte they called the Clipper. It was nice, but too sweet on the finish for me. That was on me for going that direction as I know the associated risk. Salt is a featured ingredient in a couple of their coffees, and as the barista had shared with me a recipe she makes at home that includes both salt and vanilla, I asked her to please whip up a latte to her home recipe.......now this was a real treat as the coffee, salt and vanilla worked in real harmony for a delightful drink. This shop is not really convenient for me as I have several good coffee house options in my own neighborhood, but I will be back, if nothing else I need to spend my dabloons.
