I searched Yelp and filled out the requested information regarding a door locking issue I was experiencing. Erich/Raven Lock and Safe replied quickly, communicated clearly and asked good questions regarding the scope/intricacies of the job. As it turned out Erich was able to come out on the same day and completely solve the locking issues we we're experiencing. Erich charged a very fair price for his exceptional professional services. I have added his name and company to my contact list and would call him first the next time I have a lock/safe or security related question or need. Thank you again Erich, and thank you Yelp!
