Good Fellows has quickly become one of my favorite sports bars in town. They have a great selection/rotation of craft beers, excellent food and friendly staff. my wife and I usually go to Good Fellows to watch sports and enjoy the pizza. And seriously - how can you go wrong with a place that makes a BBQ chicken and Grippos chips pizza? The menu is rather limited...but it's a sports bar, so that is to be expected. There are tons of TVs - plenty to appease fans of various teams when multiple games are going on. We usually go in the afternoon/early evenings to watch games we can't get on TV. At this point we're pretty much regulars at Good Fellows, and I don't see that changing any time soon. read more

Kyle, the owner of this place, has got a good thing going. Nice vibe, lots of TVs with all the games on, good music level, long tables for groups, daily specials and an excellent selection of taps and bottles which change regularly. The bartenders go the extra mile, getting out from behind the bar and make sure people playing golden tee and other games never run dry on drinks. Kyle has gone the extra mile and hired some of the tri-state's most talented bartenders, like Nick, who I've also seen working at some of the highest volume bars in the area, and Danielle, who is friendly and fast behind the bar. Hard to believe that another bartender told me to check this place out, but I'm glad he did. I sat at the bar and I felt like I had come in here everyday. Other actually have a milk stout on tap....tonight is left hand milk stout. Fantastic. I had it with their famous pizza which was also incredible. Usually have great service & excellent food, but tonight after having my appetizer for 30 minutes (which a food runner brought) I was never approached by my waiter, Brian, again to order. My friend had to physically go up to multiple people talking around the computer, and ask for the check. We didn't even want to eat at that point and we were clearly forgot about. I've gone here a few times, and while the bar staff (some also wait tables at slow times) are typically great, I've twice had my order messed up beyond repair. Once I ate the food anyways (I was very hungry!), the second time I sent it back and waited, neither time was the food really worth the price. The few other times I've been have been pleasant enough, pretty good small pizzas, great that they do a by the slice late at night (even if they're greasy slices, they're good-sized), and a good variety of beers available, check it out if you want a late-night pizza bar style vibe, but avoid it if you're looking for a family dinner. read more

Their food rocks! I've been twice in the past week. Try the capicola sticks as an appetizer, and you can't go wrong with the pizza. We had the all meat one and Grippo's bbq chicken pizza. Wow...just wow! I do have one small complaint...Last night I was exhausted and just wanted to pick up a pizza and eat it at home in my yoga pants with my shoes off. I tried to phone in a carryout order, and no one answered the phone. In fact, I tried three different times over the course of about a half hour. I was really tempted to go elsewhere because that lack of customer service is a big No-No in my book, but the capicola sticks won out. I had to go in and place a carryout order...when I asked our server if they ever answer the phone, at first she suggested that I had the wrong number, but after telling her I called the number on their Facebook page, she then explained that the "kitchen guys" are in charge of answering the phone, and depending on how busy they are, it may or may not get answered. read more

This is always the place to go. Servers are always on top of it, never have to wait for drinks or food. Food is always hot and amazing. The staff just adds to it. So polite and they are always wearing their masks. Bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is wonderful ! 5 out of 5. Not one complaint. read more

Might be a little better crowd earlier in the day. Every time I have been there someone has been full out ridiculously drunk and had to be escorted out. Good place for a burger, lots of games on and a big Reds bar, looking forward to trying the pizza next time we go. Saw some of the same small groups of folks there in only two visits and I like a place with regulars, usually a good sign. The beer is nice and cold and many selections, with a good sized list of whiskers. It's not fine dining but overall it's above average burgers and a good vibe, families there on the early side and grown ups on the late side, at least on two weeknight visits. Me and my husband have eaten here twice. The pizza is really good!! The pretzel appetizer though wasn't that great. It tasted like the pretzels you could get from the freezer section and the cheese sauce was very bland and tasted like canned cheese sauce. I have been here twice. The first time was with a group of male friends and the second with my wife, sister and brother in law. The first experience was pretty typical of a bar that attracts a lot of the younger crowd, it grew very busy and very loud as the night went on. We were seated at a high top table about halfway between the end of the bar and the patio entrance. We had pizza, a couple appetizers and beer. We were in the mood to try some of the non standard (not Bud Light) beers they had on tap, but unfortunately our waitress knew nothing about the beers on tap and was not good with recommendations. The food was very good. Prices are about average to slightly above average. We did have an issue with very drunk people that were being over served constantly bumping into us, or even leaning against us as we sat at our table and it became standing room only. Also a fight broke out right next to our table by another drunk pair. Not somewhere I would bring the kids. I never saw any staff say anything to the drunks or fighters (who were not thrown out). The second time we went early expecting a less drunk crowd, which it was. The food was the same, except my wife's pizza. She ordered one of the veggie type pizzas and it was loaded with extra cheese. She asked the waitress if they might have accidentally put extra cheese on the pizza instead of the extra sauce that she ordered. The waitress checked with the kitchen and told us that the kitchen always puts extra cheese on that pizza because of all the vegetables? My wife stated that she didn't really like a lot of cheese and wasn't expecting it. The waitress just shrugged it off, didn't offer to remake it (she did offer more sauce) and when my wife didn't eat it and declined a box, we were surprised to still see it on the check. I am not sure if we were being rushed out (we were drinking still after we were done eating) or if the waitress was just being over attentive, but it seemed like she got to where she was stopping at our table to see if we needed anything else like every 5-6 minutes to the point that we were annoyed and decided to leave. The place was still very loud also, I think it is the high ceilings? I would probably go back with the guys sometime, but I doubt I will get my wife back there. read more

We moved into the area a couple of months ago and we stumbled upon this place, after the original place we wanted to try was closed. I must say this is our new favorite hangout/pizza spot. This place is known for it's pizzas, however they make the best salads I have ever eaten, hands down. I have eaten a lot of salads in my day too. The steak salad is by far my favorite. The chicken salad is very good as well. These are not your typical salads either. Be prepared for a plateful, and make sure you are extremely hungry before ordering one of these two salads! Each salad comes with a healthy amount of meat on it too (not skimpy like most places). This place also provides a great atmosphere. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been, and make sure you order the steak salad or chicken salad. read more

Delicious and fast! We stopped in because my husband wanted the Veto Burger. We started with the meatballs, which were incredible. I had the Pesto chicken sandwich, and he got his wish with the Vito burger. I had a Chimay Blue, which is only $8.50! Our server was awesome, we will be back!
