I had the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and wow -- absolutely amazing! The sauce was rich and creamy, the chicken was tender, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. Honestly one of the best Alfredo dishes I've had anywhere. What really impressed me was that it was just as delicious the next day when I reheated the leftovers -- that says a lot about the quality. Admittedly I haven't been there for about 12-18 months, however I must say that the quality of the steak and cheese sub as well as the amount of steak and little if any cheese, has dropped dramatically. I was told it would be ready in 25 mins. got there in about 20 it must have been sitting for a while it was dry and not hot when I returned home. The guy behind the counter with the glasses who took my order is incredibly rude. This is the second time I have dealt with him and both times he acted the same way. I walk in, he doesn't even look up at me, asks what I want, I tell him and he says nothing and doesn't even look up once. Then he brings me the food and I couldn't understand what he said, so I said "what?" And he completely snapped at me for questioning what it was he even said to me because he has a thick accent. I was so upset I couldn't even enjoy the food which was WAY too expensive anyways and the quality was not worth the price. I gave them 2 chances and now I won't be back. Response to business owner: you have me confused with another unhappy customer. I placed my orders at the restaurant and sat down to eat. I never made a phone order with your restaurant. Again, you sound confused. If you actually read my review instead of responding so defensively and aggressively, you would have understood that. Maybe this kind of thing happens often due to your horrible customer service skills, but that particular altercation was not me. Maybe you should just accept the fact that you are an extremely rude and unprofessional individual that has no business in in customer service. Also, if your service is that bad, you may want to think about improving the quality of your food so it can justify your high prices. The only reason I gave you 2 stars is bc I spoke with a really sweet lady who was preparing food in the back on my way to the restroom. 12/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! The food was soooo good! This is only about half of the food we got but everything was delicious. The Buffalo chicken ranch pizza was the best I've ever had, so much flavor yet not too spicy where I felt my nose was running. The garlic bread with and without cheese were sooo crispy and soft. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks which were delicious, and just look at that cheese pull! The pasta with homemade meatballs were made with love because those are some of the best meatballs ever. The bread that came with the pasta was so warm and toasty, I could have eaten an entire loaf of that bread. Keep in mind, portions for pastas are family style. Even the steak and cheese sub was HUGE! We had so much leftovers afterwards. But honestly, I feel like you can't go wrong with ordering any item on the menu. Plus, the service was amazing. One of the co-owners was working at the time and he would bring our food and was constantly making sure we were doing okay, took the time to let us know about his business and how everything got started. But everyone else who was working at the time were super nice and helpful and you can really tell a lot goes into the ambiance and experience. They really are the "good" fellas! read more

Just tried Goodfellas for the first time and must say, we've been missing out. We have tried every place around here almost. The pizza was thin and crispy and was delicious. The Ham Carbonara and the meatballs, were perfect, delivered fast, and still steaming. We also couldn't believe how incredible the Chicken parm sub was. (Our bellwether for a good Italian place!) We had a work party here and ordered a lot of different food. We started with some cheese sticks, pizza and other appetizers. The buffalo chicken ranch pizza was divine. We ordered a variety of meals for each of us from pasta with eggplant and pasta with haddock on it to wrap sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed their food. No alcoholic drinks but an interesting selection of soft drinks. The service was very good. We ordered a lot of different things (1 white pizza and 1 regular pizza, curly fries, salad, multiple appetizers) and while none of them were bad per se, none of them were good enough to justify ordering from here again. In credit to the restaurant, at least part of the problem was that the delivery person didn't ring the bell, text, etc. We suspect our food was sitting outside for 15+ minutes before we realized it was there. But it didn't seem like great food that had gone soggy - it was just mediocre in the first place. I did notice there were a *lot* of reviews that were marked as "not helpful". This makes me wonder whether the extremely positive reviews I read were simply fake reviews that had not been caught by the filter. Sorry... I wanted to like this place. Just didn't. read more

I wanted this place to be good, I've always seen in in my route from the dog park. But definitely this reminds me of how I felt when I came to Boston 10 years ago.... Bland and subpar ingredients! Definitely remind me of going to Quincy market... all this potential great food only to potentially being influenced by its clientele or perhaps they really just don't taste the food. I did see many people coming in while here and very excited but seemed like a particularly similar crown. I would avoid... even in a pinch! Finally got to stop in and try this new spot opened not to long ago. Very friendly people. It was an hour before closing time and I had ordered the steak and cheese sub for pick up. My son wanted food also so we stopped in and he added an order of the fish and chips and I got a slice of pizza. I haven't had this pizza in a while so when I seen that u can buy them buy the slice my eyes lit up. The guy at the counter said the pizza was on the house and warmed them up for us. I usually never get anything on the house, if anything I usually get over charged so that was nice of him. The pizza was really good. The ranch sauce wasn't too much or too less, it was well balanced. My son said he really enjoyed their fish and chips. Overall, the food is good and the price is fair.
