Wow wow wow! So at first they got my order wrong (added cheese after telling them that I couldn't have any dairy) but no problem i spoke to them and they did not hesitate to make things right. Additionally they let us keep the food that had cheese on it, so someone else from my household got to enjoy some too!I got the chicken piccata pasta with penne. SOOO GOOD! I was very impressed. And the portion sizes??! They are not to play with, i got stuffed for dinner and had leftovers for lunch the next day and again STUFFED. I just want to start off by saying their reviews don't give them justice. The inside is immaculate. The presentation is immaculate. Everything is quality and when I called I had a few questions and they were able to give me an answer with no questions asked right then and there the food was delicious super hot, super quality. Moving from the southshore with a lot of great options...I found this gem in the northshore!!! From ordering to delivery, everyone was nice and polite! Delivery always on time! Have been coming to this place is ever since they got a new owner/changed the name. Very friendly staff, most are Albanian, and funny. -The chicken cabob canzone is out of this world, other calzones are good too but that's the best. -when it comes to salads, the steak tips salad with extra feta is just amazing. Both calzones(large) and salads are big enough to share and it's cheap. -another one of my favorites is the turkey club sandwich, well yes its hard to mess up a club sandwich but with curly fries it is delicious. read more

The steak and cheese that I ordered wasn't horrible so that's the reason this place is getting 2 stars. Let's start off with the person who took my order. He was so annoyed and obviously didn't want to be there. It was my first time there and I asked a few questions that he clearly didn't have any interest in answering. His demeanor was enough for me to decide I'd never spend another red scent at this place. They were out of up to date menus and chips for (a lunch special) and had the nerve to blame it on COVID. I get it, but sir why are you so defensive? Anyway, the steak and cheese sub was just that sub par, but honestly I've had worse. They charge for lettuce, tomato and pickle 15 cent a pop which is outrageous if you ask me. I've never in my life paid extra for LTP. They had the nerve to forget the pickles they charged me for and gave me an attitude when I asked for them. It was principle, the pickles were not that big of a deal and if they'd exhibited an ounce of customer service, I wouldn't have wasted 10 minutes of my time on this review. Buyer beware, oh and the steak and cheese was decent again but if you don't want to be treated as a nuisance, I'd avoid. Message to the owners, we contribute to the quality of your livelihood, express some gratitude. Best pizza in Lynn. When I moved to Florida for a while I was craving this place. Subs aren't really great and haven't tried much else. They usually have 2 large cheese pizzas for $13.99 and a little extra for toppings. I always get extra cheese. Calzones are pretty good too, especially the steak & cheese. Fast food lunch location. The fries and rings are supermarket home cooked quality and the pizza is below average. The pasta dishes are not very good with the sauce and sausage way below average. They have two style of wings hot and breaded and fried. Both are OK but again not something you couldn't find in the local supermarket freezer bin. read more

We were back in the area so we stopped here to eat. They had the door open so it was hot inside inside inside. We ordered their special two large pizzas for $13.99. We also ordered a steak bomb. We gave them the steak bomb back because all the meat inside the steak bomb was burnt and black. We took one pizza and started eating it we had to put napkins on top of it to suck out all the grease and oil. It was horrible. I showed the guy and he was very nice about it. He apologized. I told him I didn't want 2nd Pizza. We paid $8 for the one and left. I was very disappointed because the last time I was there it was good. Shoreline was my go-to place to eat when I lived in Lynn. I still stop in from time to time, even though it's out of the way because their food is SO GOOD. Honestly, I've tried a lot of sub shops, and this is by far the best bang for your buck. I usually get an Italian sub (only one size, but definitely a good-sized portion), but there are a number of other menu items that I or my friends have tried and love. The shop is on the small side and dive-y side, but it's worth stopping in to eat or for take-out. The staff is kind too. I definitely recommend the Blue Zone calzone if calories are not a concern, and you're looking for straight-up comfort food (buffalo chicken calzone with melted cheese and blue cheese dressing on it and on the side...so delicious). Both the regular and curly/spicy fries are absolutely delicious. You'd be surprised how many places serve tasteless strings. Broccoli bites are great, but a little pricey at $5.75. If you're looking to order over $25, check the take-out menu, because they have good deals depending on the day. The location only has street parking. I've parked at Rite-Aid across the street before, but I wouldn't recommend it, and definitely do not park in the lot next door. It's for the liquor store only! read more
