We've always liked their food, but they need to get their act together. If you can't deliver food on time, what's the point of delivering? I ordered at 4pm for a 6pm delivery. I call at 6:30 only to get attitude? Really? I'm told everyone has to wait an extra 55 minutes for delivery. No excuses-- just straight up "take it or leave it"? So why bother ordering TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE? Poor management skills, poor delivery service, poor customer service. Too bad-- the pizza is usually pretty good. Just tried Mandee's Pizza for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! We tried the cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and the mandee's combo pizza. The ingredients were all very fresh and the pizzas were cooked perfectly. My kids were also huge fans. Not only was it delicious when it was hot and fresh, but it reheated perfectly. Shaking my head ....... My experience at this place lasted for about 2 seconds. I placed an order for pick up and felt the employee to be rude. Unfortunately it only got worse from here. When I picked up the order I was not handed the complete order. I then returned to notified the cashier of the missing food. Her attitude was the worst. They made me wait for about 20 minutes for the rest of my order. Once my food was ready, I practically had my order thrown at me. Didn't even get an apology for the wrong order they provided me, instead they got mad. By the time I got home all of food was cold. Completely disappointed with this place. My first encounter at Mandee's was during freshman year of high school. It was the spot back then.. (Simple and inexpensive) It's been a long time since. I really wanted to see if they still lived up to those past expectations.. I placed an online order on my previous visit. The site is easy to navigate and very much comprehensible. They even give you a tracking tool, just like a dominos thing. I will praise them on their menu. They give you the option to order a personal sized pizza. This gave me the incentive to order more pizzas to sample. When I received my order, it was kind of disappointing. (It does take about 45mins so I recommended you plan accordingly.) The French fries I had ordered were very soggy, good seasoning but no crunch at all. Super greasy! It was seeping thru the bag! The pizzas were also mediocre. We had the steak bomb and chicken broccoli ziti. I did enjoy the seasoning on the steak bomb. It was slightly salty but not overpowering. The chicken broccoli ziti was a bit al dente to my liking. Both would have been better taste wise if it was fresh out the oven. It was somewhat cold when we received it. And there was no crispy texture. I would return but I suggest getting/eating it fresh out the oven, you would enjoy it a lot more! read more

It's your no frills, pizza, fries and wings corner shop. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done! * Well as of this review, I stumbled in here tonight to grab a quick cheese pizza and fries before closing and am excited to see that they have literally just renovated the inside, with a new counter, fresh coat of paint, and a gorgeous huge new menu! It looks easily double the size then what it once was! The woman behind the counter said they'll be rolling out new menu items very soon. We've enjoyed ordering pizza from Mandee's before but had a different experience tonight. One of the pizzas we ordered, the Mediterranean, is supposed to come with red sauce according to the online menu. The one we received had no sauce at all. When I called to tell them what happened they put me on hold for a moment, then got back on the phone to tell me that the chef said the Mediterranean comes with oil, not red sauce. I explained that the online menu says it comes with red sauce. I was surprised that they didn't offer to refund or even partially credit the cost of that specific pizza. I'm reluctant to order again in the future if the online ordering system isn't accurate. read more

Used to be very good pizza has been terrible lately. Ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, a large pizza and chicken fingers. The calzone was undercooked and the "crust" had the texture of pita bread. The chicken was shredded and it made a gooey paste like texture with the cheese and 9 gallons of sauce they put in it. The top of the calzone was raw dough. The pizza was burnt and the bacon undercooked and in large chunks making it inedible on a pizza. They didn't deliver the chicken fingers and waited 30 minutes for them to arrive, cold and soggy. My order came to about 50 so I paid 50 for cold or inedible food. Nick's Roast Beef or Athas in lynn are better choices. read more

Mandee's Pizza in Lynn has the best Freedom (French) fries out of any establishment. I highly recommend The Cheeseburger pizza and Eggplant pizza. I am one of those "I only eat the pizza crust sometimes" people, let me tell you their crust tastes very delicious. It's soft, moist crust is always fresh, fluffy and consistently perfect. The sauce is on point and toppings are placed almost strategically so that each slice tastes equally as scrumptious as the slice before last. read more

This shop and it's sister in Salem, are fine examples of American pizza places. Nothing fancy, just descent comfort food. They have the usual pizza fare with a few interesting variations, subs and some dinner options. They generally will take special requests; 30 years and 60 pounds ago I would ask for a double dough pizza (sort of Americanized Sicilian style), that was bready and filling... Mmmm... This place is definitely on my default list of places to get a pizza. read more

This place is horrible DO NOT EAT HERE I GOT FOOD POISONING TWICE FROM HERE!!! It isn't a joke at all, I live close to this place and I just ordered delivery out of convenience 3 months apart from the first and second order, and the same thing happened. I couldn't stop throwing up for 2 days and I was stuck in the bathroom for the 2 days I was vomiting uncontrollably. Finally I had to see this place so I walked by one day and the man cooking the food was sweating like he was in the sauna, He had no knit hat on or any hat, and NO GLOVES! So there was my proof right in front of me why I was so sick both of those times. Disgusting! Do yourself a favor and take this advice. Mandee's only gets 3 stars because twice I didn't get what I thought I ordered but twice it was delicious! This place is more or less a hole in the wall across from Lynn English but despite the modest exterior the food has been good. My first order was for a hot ham and cheese sub- I assumed that meant it was toasted, an honest mistake on my part. Instead I received a ham and cheese sub with pepper and spices and all this mumbo jumbo that was amazeballs (I like spicy food). I went back and ordered the same thing, thinking I would get ham and cheese with fixins and instead got a heated ham and cheese- not what I expected this second time around but still delicious. Consistanly great. Delivery is ALWAYS fast, even when they warn you that they're busy, which is considerate of them. They have a wide variety of toppings as others have noted and what does it for me is that the crust is always delicious. It's not the kind of pizza that you eat until you get to the crust and then toss it like its sole purpose was to be a handle.
