A neighborhood pizza shop they have a lot of Italian and Greek food here we like the pizza and we also like the calzone's and the chicken kebabs. It's very good here you'll be happy you gave it a try again. It's just a neighborhood eatery. You gotta get it to go. read more

We've always liked their food, but they need to get their act together. If you can't deliver food on time, what's the point of delivering? I ordered at 4pm for a 6pm delivery. I call at 6:30 only to get attitude? Really? I'm told everyone has to wait an extra 55 minutes for delivery. No excuses-- just straight up "take it or leave it"? So why bother ordering TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE? Poor management skills, poor delivery service, poor customer service. Too bad-- the pizza is usually pretty good. PS- it finally showed up an hour late, and the delivery guy calls me to ask me to come get my order. I told him he could bring it to my door. I didn't cancel his tip. read more

Love Mandee's!! Great food and service. Especially impressed by their dedication to their customers. They were the only pizza place open and delivering during the huge snow storm a few weeks ago. The driver drove out to bring our food during the crazy blizzard (where we got 18" of snow), can't beat that and speaks volumes! read more

Place used to be great & was a staple in the city . Now it's just overpriced slop, expect delivery times to be over an hour no matter what for food that's a shell of what it once was . read more

Best pizza place around! You can never go wrong with a large pep or a cheesesteak sub. I ordered a few weeks ago delivery during the big snow storm and they were still delivering in the storm! Amazing service. Would highly recommend. read more

The food is just never fresh. When you take a bite of their salad, it's warm. Tomato's should not be warm. The lettuce is not fresh at all. The workers are rude and act like you have a third eye read more

I don't know what happened to this place . The last time I was there was 7 years ago and the food was so fresh but now those appetizer combo aren't the same anymore. I saw more onions ring than anything else. No mushrooms and all greasy onions rings and hard fries the chicken was already. overpriced for the quality of food they are selling. I got sick from stomach Food safely should check that place ASAP! read more

This place went down hill. Terrible! Pizza we got was decent, but small cheese steak calzone & large cheese steak was so disappointing! Sub was mostly bread & calzone had hardly any steak. VERY THIN! Just look at photos. Go to Giovani's, Nicks, Rizzos, Mikes, etc. probably 4 times bigger! Also paid for extra cheese on sub, but there was hardly any cheese at all. WOW! I could go on & on. Mandees was a staple in Lynn & Salem back in the day. Oh, and $46 later for those 3 items?!? What a joke! SMH read more

Have been to mandees hundreds of times but after our most recent order, we'll never go back. Ordered a chicken Parm sub and an eggplant Parm sub. Received two eggplant subs. We called, he apologized, it's ok- it happens. They offered to delivered a new one. Waited 30 mins and it was wrong again... some sort of chicken wrap. Never again. read more

Amazing, fresh pizza right out of the oven. Customer service is even better. Even though the store is small, it's still amazing.

The service can be better the food quantity as well 17.50 for this not worth it. I also order q can of soda I got a bottle like wtf. Oh and I don't eat drum sticks so I basically wasted my money read more

PIZZA REVIEW. 1 OUT OF 10. (1) being the poorest. (10) being the highest. I give this place a solid (5). It was ok. Was not bad. Was not super great. Will order again. No other feedback. Just had the appearance that the bussiness may have been sold. I did not see the original crew who usually in there. read more

I asked for extra sauce on my pizza, glad I did because if that's extra sauce I have to believe there would have been practically no sauce at all. Also the sauce was tasteless, very bland. Hey the sauce makes or breaks a pizza, it's easy, come on! read more

Just tried Mandee's Pizza for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! We tried the cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and the mandee's combo pizza. The ingredients were all very fresh and the pizzas were cooked perfectly. My kids were also huge fans. Not only was it delicious when it was hot and fresh, but it reheated perfectly. We can't wait to try more of their delicious food! read more

Shaking my head ....... My experience at this place lasted for about 2 seconds. I placed an order for pick up and felt the employee to be rude. Unfortunately it only got worse from here. When I picked up the order I was not handed the complete order. I then returned to notified the cashier of the missing food. Her attitude was the worst. They made me wait for about 20 minutes for the rest of my order. Once my food was ready, I practically had my order thrown at me. Didn't even get an apology for the wrong order they provided me, instead they got mad. By the time I got home all of food was cold. Completely disappointed with this place. Customer service was 0/10 HORRIBLE!! read more

My first encounter at Mandee's was during freshman year of high school. It was the spot back then.. (Simple and inexpensive) It's been a long time since. I really wanted to see if they still lived up to those past expectations.. I placed an online order on my previous visit. The site is easy to navigate and very much comprehensible. They even give you a tracking tool, just like a dominos thing. I will praise them on their menu. They give you the option to order a personal sized pizza. This gave me the incentive to order more pizzas to sample. When I received my order, it was kind of disappointing. (It does take about 45mins so I recommended you plan accordingly.) The French fries I had ordered were very soggy, good seasoning but no crunch at all. Super greasy! It was seeping thru the bag! The pizzas were also mediocre. We had the steak bomb and chicken broccoli ziti. I did enjoy the seasoning on the steak bomb. It was slightly salty but not overpowering. The chicken broccoli ziti was a bit al dente to my liking. Both would have been better taste wise if it was fresh out the oven. It was somewhat cold when we received it. And there was no crispy texture. I would return but I suggest getting/eating it fresh out the oven, you would enjoy it a lot more! read more

We've enjoyed ordering pizza from Mandee's before but had a different experience tonight. One of the pizzas we ordered, the Mediterranean, is supposed to come with red sauce according to the online menu. The one we received had no sauce at all. When I called to tell them what happened they put me on hold for a moment, then got back on the phone to tell me that the chef said the Mediterranean comes with oil, not red sauce. I explained that the online menu says it comes with red sauce. I was surprised that they didn't offer to refund or even partially credit the cost of that specific pizza. I'm reluctant to order again in the future if the online ordering system isn't accurate. read more

Mandee's has been a staple for decades now. Specifically the one next door to Lynn English High school. Living less then a block away for over 7 years now, I frequent this place quite a lot. It's your no frills, pizza, fries and wings corner shop. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done! * Well as of this review, I stumbled in here tonight to grab a quick cheese pizza and fries before closing and am excited to see that they have literally just renovated the inside, with a new counter, fresh coat of paint, and a gorgeous huge new menu! It looks easily double the size then what it once was! The woman behind the counter said they'll be rolling out new menu items very soon. Everything from rice bowls, pastas, kids meals, wraps, special deals & everything else they're known for! So let's give support to our local shop and try out their new menu items! read more

great food, and excellent delivery time. The best buffalo wings and Calzones in town. I order often, and never had any mistakes with my order. read more

Used to be very good pizza has been terrible lately. Ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, a large pizza and chicken fingers. The calzone was undercooked and the "crust" had the texture of pita bread. The chicken was shredded and it made a gooey paste like texture with the cheese and 9 gallons of sauce they put in it. The top of the calzone was raw dough. The pizza was burnt and the bacon undercooked and in large chunks making it inedible on a pizza. They didn't deliver the chicken fingers and waited 30 minutes for them to arrive, cold and soggy. My order came to about 50 so I paid 50 for cold or inedible food. Nick's Roast Beef or Athas in lynn are better choices. read more

I am so disappointed. We order from here at least once a week and have never had any issues. Today I went to give my daughter a slice and she pointed out something black on it I assumed it was basil and picked it off the pizza. Mandee's Pizza in Lynn has the best Freedom (French) fries out of any establishment. I highly recommend The Cheeseburger pizza and Eggplant pizza. I am one of those "I only eat the pizza crust sometimes" people, let me tell you their crust tastes very delicious. It's soft, moist crust is always fresh, fluffy and consistently perfect. The sauce is on point and toppings are placed almost strategically so that each slice tastes equally as scrumptious as the slice before last. read more

This shop and it's sister in Salem, are fine examples of American pizza places. Nothing fancy, just descent comfort food. They have the usual pizza fare with a few interesting variations, subs and some dinner options. They generally will take special requests; 30 years and 60 pounds ago I would ask for a double dough pizza (sort of Americanized Sicilian style), that was bready and filling... Mmmm... This place is definitely on my default list of places to get a pizza. read more

Not bad. This is my first time order here. It tastes better than my next-door pizza place. But I don't know why ask me do I want cherry? They don't taste good on top of pizza. Kinda confused read more

Excellent, if you like spending $6 on a sub that is under 12 inches and has practically nothing in it. I've ordered from here about a total of three times, each time has been worse than the next. The employees are as intelligent as doorknobs and the food is sub-par. I would avoid Mandee's. There are plenty of other good sub/pizza shops in Lynn. Nothing special here. read more

Mandee's only gets 3 stars because twice I didn't get what I thought I ordered but twice it was delicious! This place is more or less a hole in the wall across from Lynn English but despite the modest exterior the food has been good. My first order was for a hot ham and cheese sub- I assumed that meant it was toasted, an honest mistake on my part. Instead I received a ham and cheese sub with pepper and spices and all this mumbo jumbo that was amazeballs (I like spicy food). I went back and ordered the same thing, thinking I would get ham and cheese with fixins and instead got a heated ham and cheese- not what I expected this second time around but still delicious. I will definitely give it a third try and just be surprised I guess. read more

Consistanly great. Delivery is ALWAYS fast, even when they warn you that they're busy, which is considerate of them. They have a wide variety of toppings as others have noted and what does it for me is that the crust is always delicious. It's not the kind of pizza that you eat until you get to the crust and then toss it like its sole purpose was to be a handle. No, this crust is crispy and perfect to the point where I eat it first and work my way from back to front. read more

There's nothing really awe-striking about Mandees. It's just decent pizza. Delivery is fast, but then again I only live about 5 min. away from the place anyway.
