She asked "how did you order them?" I responded " In color." She checked and acknowledged that the plans were ordered in color, then stated they must have not been to scale. I informed her I spoke with Cory and that there was no issue mentioned at that time. She then grabbed the non-color plans out my hand and went in back. After a few minutes of waiting she returned with 2 sets of plans and demanded the other set I was holding. I asked why? She said they were not in color. I showed her they were in fact in color. She screamed at me "THEN WHY DID I PRINT THESE!!" and threw the plans in the trash aggressively. I stated " If you are going to throw those away, I will take them." She flared up again and yelled "I am not giving you anything!: I responded " I am happy to pay for them." At this point I think she realized that she was way out of line and started to back track. She charged me more for the incorrect plans than the original order. Don't know what set her off but I hope they have cameras and can review the situation.

To the production guy who reprinted my vinyl due to their errors, and he snuffed me off saying that the air bubbles in the laminate were because that's how the file was created. (Shake my head) This shop amazes me how they are able to stay in business with such a poor quality vinyl, production procedures, and customer experience. Too many hoops to jump through to just order round basic shape-die-cut decals that I was willing to weed and cut up myself saving them production time.
