From an expansive beer selection, to serving food, and a great beer garden that can't be beat while listening to a band at sunset, Dusterbeck has became a brewery version of "Field of Dreams."

The service was good and we decided to eat at the bar. We both ordered the walleye and received a generous portion for the price. Its only down fall was that the batter seriously under seasoned leaving the fish to be disappointing bland. We had some polite conversation with others sitting at the bar and they asked if we knew any good fish fry places which made us think they were not impressed either. It was very obvious that this place supports the school and community and as I mentioned the staff was kind and courteous . Probably won't be back for a fish fry but may stop for a beer sometime.

Solid people and beers. The husband and wife duo I spoke with were gracious and knowledgeable. The labels and artwork remind me a bit of Small Town/Not Your Father's- but don't let that distract you and don't pass judgment before tasting. This is real beer for beer drinkers. I don't throw around the work Craftsman too often, but Craftsman they are. They take old world qualities and bring them to modern tastes. Off Kilter surpasses many of the small home town breweries in the Midwest with the thought and quality they bring to the glass. If you like Kenosha's Public Brewing, Milwaukee's Mobcraft, or Michigan's Vivant and Perrin you'll enjoy Off Kilter's offerings. I had the O Do Yah and One Eyed Jack. Both were great. Well thought out and executed. Planning a trip this fall to try Suds of Liberty and Osmosis.

They clearly don't have a system of food runners , bussers and servers so they are doing it all and it shows with the long wait times to get place orders , get your tab , even get waters I had to ask a separate server for waters because of how long they took . You know the service is bad when you see everyone looking around for their server and looks of frustration . Unbelievable Friday Night Dinner at The Draft House!…read more While visiting family in Janesville, my uncle took us out to the drafthouse... the entire experience was a 10/10. The vibe was relaxed, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the food was top-tier. We ordered the Friday Dinner Features, and every single component was executed flawlessly: * 28-Day Aged Filet Mignon: A tender 6 oz hand-cut USDA choice filet served over a rich mozzarella-infused sweet potato mash, smothered in a savory bourbon brown sugar-espresso demi-glace, accompanied by two perfectly crisp bacon-wrapped shrimp and citrus buttered broccolini. * Tuscan Faroe Island Salmon: Beautifully seared salmon served over a bed of linguine tossed with heirloom cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes in a decadent Tuscan Parmesan cream sauce, paired with citrus buttered broccolini. Between the exceptional dishes, great wine, and warm hospitality, perfect service, it was by far one of my favorite dining experiences in Wisconsin.
