Jim was awesome and very informative. Spent a lot of time going over every detail of each bike we…read morelooked at...he was very nice as well. Angela was also awesome!! Helped us with merch and gave us cool some gifts on the way on the out. Super nice! Great experience visiting this Harley dealership. Good selection of bikes and the merch inventory is big. Got some great shirts and Harley onesies for grandson.

I brought my motorcycle in expecting professional, knowledgeable service, but the work performed on my bike resulted in my clutch hub being damaged to the point where I had to purchase an entirely new clutch hub. On top of that, I am now also dealing with what appears to be partial damage to my transmission. That is extremely frustrating and expensive, especially when you take your motorcycle to a Harley dealership specifically because you expect the technicians to have the experience and knowledge necessary to work on Harley-Davidson motorcycles correctly. I trust a shop with my bike expecting them to fix the problem, not create additional problems that I then have to spend even more money to repair. My motorcycle means a lot to me, and having to replace major components after taking it to a dealership is incredibly disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn't some random shop that doesn't specialize in Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This is a Harley dealership. You would expect them to know these bikes inside and out and to take the necessary care when working on them If I could leave zero stars, I would
