Michelle, his wife and co-owner, has only been riding for two years and is super quick too. She gave a lot of perspective on how to improve quickly and was amazing at helping get us set up. The rental experience is a total white glove service. you have a canopy and tables in a prime location. Tire pressures are checked throughout the day. Ryan made numerous adjustments to the bikes ergos (I'm a taller dude) to make me more comfortable. it's like being part of a racing team with your own pit crew and mechanic for the day. I brought my motorcycle in expecting professional, knowledgeable service, but the work performed on my bike resulted in my clutch hub being damaged to the point where I had to purchase an entirely new clutch hub. On top of that, I am now also dealing with what appears to be partial damage to my transmission. That is extremely frustrating and expensive, especially when you take your motorcycle to a Harley dealership specifically because you expect the technicians to have the experience and knowledge necessary to work on Harley-Davidson motorcycles correctly. I trust a shop with my bike expecting them to fix the problem, not create additional problems that I then have to spend even more money to repair. My motorcycle means a lot to me, and having to replace major components after taking it to a dealership is incredibly disappointing. We opted for the kibble white valve conversion, new piston and rings, and new cam chain. Mike gave us a solid quote upfront with parts and labor, and the final product met expectations.
