I really did my research and read all the reviews and saw nothing but positive about this shop so I decided to give it a try. I have a 2021 Indian Chieftain, and they specialize in V-Twin engines, Harley, Davidson, and Indian. They did an absolutely incredible job on my bike. I had an oil change done a front to back inspection and I had new handlebars added to the Bike. Everything came out perfect and the cost was well below what I expected. If you are looking for honest hard-working mechanics who really love what they do and know how to do what they do better than anybody I've seen this is the place to go. HUGE shout out to this shop. Today, rolling up to Auburn from Sacramento to head out for an epic ride, I got a flat rear tire and had to pull off the freeway. Was a total bummer because I was going to meet my buddy and we were gonna take off with no destination in mind. I got off the freeway and started looking for shops in the area. These guys answered the phone and I explained the situation. It's Saturday at noon. They were planning to cut the day short and told me they'd hang out and wait for me. I called a tow truck to pick me up and take me over there. Truck showed up just before 2 and got me to the shop in no time. These guys were waiting for me, got the bike on a lift right away. They took off the tire, replaced the valve stem which was the issue, put it back together and I was back on the road. It took less than 30 minutes and I was out. Thank you to the dudes that were there and hooked me up! It turned out to be a great day. As I was waiting, I was checking out the shop, the bikes they had in for service, customs, etc. they obviously know what they're doing and the reviews show it! My motorcycle sat unused for 5 years due to a medical condition. I contacted Brian to discuss my situation and discuss what it would cost to return it to road worthy condition. Original estimate was $1,000.00 base price. It was towed in for them to inspect the motorcycle and determine what would be required. I mentioned that I'm a casual rider primarily once a week. Since they did my last oil change and replaced my tires actual mileage was less than 1,000. Given this information Josh called me back and said the gas was actually still useable, the tires though 6 years old were in good shape, and the oil is fine. We replaced the battery and installed new key fab batteries. The final bill was 232.64 and we agreed if I were to change my riding habit then new tires, front fork oil, and transmission and crankcase oil would be required. 5 Stars for honesty, integrity and professionalism. 5 Stars for quality of service. 5 Stars for communication. read more

3 reviews an hour ago I used to take my bike to another shop by Sunrise and Zinfandel Dr. and every time I'd ride my motorcycle afterwards parts would fall off while I was on road. Hello, Im going to add a few things to Nelson T review as Mr Shepley is a complete liar. First off we have never got cooperation from Midway tow. According to the DOT they are suspended for not being in compliance of VMT. Look it up. Second, we were working off your estimate by your shop. You said to replace the tank, we didn't want to do that. Remember that dumb ass? You also said to replace the forks. We said no to that as well. WE REDUCED YOUR ESTIMATE FROM 3200 TO 800. I told you several times about the brake switch. I was behind the motorcycle when the engine stopped working. The brake lights were working fine. The bike was elevated when it fell off the rig and struck hard on the right side DAMAGING THE BRAKE LEVER YOU REPLACED AND THE SWITCH YOU DIDN'T. The forks and the tank were to be touched up which you agreed to do. What's that cost , 1.00? Wheres the fraud and scam? The only scam is how you treat your customers when you and Midway refuse to do the right thing. So now we are trying to commit insurance fraud? YOU ARE A STRAIGHT UP PIECE OF SHIT Additionally, the right side fork reflector was broken. Brian Shepley told us no Harley rider keeps the reflectors on their bike and rather that replacing it, just remove it which of course he didn't do. I took a look on craigslist. Most of the Harleys have the fork reflectors still mounted. I mean come on, its just so petty and stupid just to save a buck read more

And man Am I so glad I came to Bryan Shepleys shop! Great service! Professional, listens to you and they did an amazing job! So happy! Great prices also. Bryan, Rick, and Hunter are great guys! Dropped off my 14 bagger 08:45ish and it was done by 3:30pm same day no issues. Washed and hand spray polished! Wild! Rode it 75 miles this evening. No weird sounds, smells or issues post service! After the great sales recommendation of my exhaust which I was able to install myself, it was time for some internal upgrades. By far best service and the most honest guy in the business.. had a wobble on the bike, instead of charging me out the ass as other shops offered to do, Brian looked at it, checked the neck bearing and noticed the type of front tire I had. I was due for a rear tire so had him change both to the brand he suggested and got a full 3 hole oil change at the same time. I couldn't be happier.
