Was a total bummer because I was going to meet my buddy and we were gonna take off with no destination in mind. I got off the freeway and started looking for shops in the area. These guys answered the phone and I explained the situation. It's Saturday at noon. They were planning to cut the day short and told me they'd hang out and wait for me. I called a tow truck to pick me up and take me over there. Truck showed up just before 2 and got me to the shop in no time. These guys were waiting for me, got the bike on a lift right away. They took off the tire, replaced the valve stem which was the issue, put it back together and I was back on the road. It took less than 30 minutes and I was out. Thank you to the dudes that were there and hooked me up! It turned out to be a great day. As I was waiting, I was checking out the shop, the bikes they had in for service, customs, etc. they obviously know what they're doing and the reviews show it! Making the decision to pay 270 into the mechanical without knowing Electronics is ridiculous- at least for consideration. ‐ now I have an e-bike without E, that already cost 270 that I might not have agreed to had I known diagnostic cost up front and that the electronics didn't work. (By the way the last time I used the bike the E part did work) - the best Alex could do was to cover parts, but I'd still be on the hook almost $200 for the labor. Mind you I wouldn't be in the first 270 if I'd known everything up front - on top of everything else it was on me to communicate with communicate with them two to three times in person to even get an update on what was going on. This was over several weeks.

Any ways I went to the counter to ask about an appointment and the guy pointed me to the service manager, now I was pretty happy about this because dealing with a manager I would think I would get the overall best service of the place, anyways the Manger Zac asked me for all my info, and repeatedly asked me if I have done business at their location which I answered more than 3 times to that same question, anyways I gave Zac all of my info and the was entering in the information, I was hoping to have a date scheduled before leaving because it's not easy to get time to put the RZR on a trailer and drop it off with my work schedule. Again, gave all my information and then he gives me a business card and asks me to email him my info, I was confused because I just gave him all my info but I said okay I will do that. He handed me his card, I emailed and called them 2 times and I still as of today do not have an appointment scheduled. So like I said if you're going to spend $40k on a RZR and need service, I would not recommend this location. I've heard good things about the Polaris in Yuba City so I will try there next. I sent the email on 4/1/26, which is the same day I went into this location to schedule a service. If this was just a normal service I wouldn't care so much, but this is a recall that could potentially burn you alive with a fuel fitting that either breaks or falls off or does something enough for them to send me 20-30 recall letters to bring it in and get fixed. Extremely Poor Customer Service - Honda Service Department I…read morepurchased a brand-new Honda CRF250F and after only one month of ownership, the battery was already bad. When I brought it to the service department, I was told that Honda does not warranty their batteries and that replacing it would cost $170. The service representative then accused me of leaving the ignition on, claiming that is why they don't warranty batteries. That was absolutely not the case. I found it very unprofessional and insulting to be accused of negligence after spending nearly $6,000 on a brand-new motorcycle. Refusing to stand behind a defective battery and blaming the customer instead is unacceptable. This was extremely poor customer service, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this service department.
