This is a Harley-Davidson…read moredealership, and you would think that if anyone should know how to properly work on a Harley, it would be a shop that specializes in them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I brought my motorcycle in expecting professional, knowledgeable service, but the work performed on my bike resulted in my clutch hub being damaged to the point where I had to purchase an entirely new clutch hub. On top of that, I am now also dealing with what appears to be partial damage to my transmission. That is extremely frustrating and expensive, especially when you take your motorcycle to a Harley dealership specifically because you expect the technicians to have the experience and knowledge necessary to work on Harley-Davidson motorcycles correctly. I trust a shop with my bike expecting them to fix the problem, not create additional problems that I then have to spend even more money to repair. My motorcycle means a lot to me, and having to replace major components after taking it to a dealership is incredibly disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn't some random shop that doesn't specialize in Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This is a Harley dealership. You would expect them to know these bikes inside and out and to take the necessary care when working on them If I could leave zero stars, I would

I recently moved from Rancho Cordova to Folsom and really appreciated the customer service at the…read morelocation on Folsom Blvd., so I figured I'd give this location a try; I'm so glad I did! Grant and Justin were excellent with my Civic. It's that time in its mileage where all the maintenance things come up at the same time, so my stress was through the roof as I called around to see how much it'd be to replace my brake pads ($700 per axle was the general consensus at local shops...I mean I gotta do what I gotta do, but it hurts nonetheless; I'm hoping that price was with anticipation that the rotors needed replacement too, but I'm not sure as I've never replaced brakes at a shop before and have lucked out at either doing disc brakes myself or having a friend to help with the drums in the past). I messaged on here initially to see if Danny's would be a shop that allows customers to bring in their own parts and I was in luck! The following week (which was just a couple days ago), I went in at 3 pm anticipating I'd likely have to come back in the next day because they closed in 2 hours, and that would've been okay with me. But no, Grant was awesome with helping me get both a full synthetic oil change and brake pad replacement in under 2 hours, and Justin did a great job working on my car to include removing the annoying plate (probably not what it's called but you get it) under my Honda that so many other places (looking at you, Jiffy Lube) have broken or replaced poorly over the years. Grant also was really helpful in helping me save further money by advising that the AutoZone I bought my brake pads at steered me in the wrong direction on the rear brakes along with the correction that they still have a lot of life left; he literally showed me them with comparison to a model they have in shop, so I had a much better idea of where they were at. $132 or so later for labor and I was on my way back home. I went in fully expecting to pay anywhere between $1k-$1.5k if not more given the quotes I was receiving in the area and Grant is the reason for a massive sigh of relief that I don't have to stress the financial aspect of car maintenance. Thank y'all so much and I'll absolute be back for all other maintenance or otherwise needed on my car.

You can tell pretty quickly when you're dealing with people who genuinely know motorcycles and take pride in the work they do. They took the time to make sure everything was looked over, addressed the issues properly, and made sure I was comfortable with the work before getting my bike back. That kind of service means a lot, especially when you're trusting someone with a bike that you've put a lot of time, money, and pride into. The communication and customer service were also excellent. Yasir helped me lock in the Bilstein 5100 setup I had been wanting, and took the time to actually order in different tire options so I could see them in person. I was originally leaning toward a lesser-known brand due to budget concerns, but Yasir was honest about the quality differences. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, which I really appreciated. In the end, I went with my go-to off-road tire: the Falken Wildpeak AT4W. Now my FJ looks mean -- running 285/75/16 Wildpeaks, with a 2.5" lift up front, 1.5" in the rear, and no BMC needed!
