In the outer Sunset (Taraval/Sunset Blvd), I believe this is the only dry cleaner in the neighborhood. I always dry cleaning my business attires like shirts and dress pants at this place. Reasonable price and always good solid quality work. The lady (the boss) is always friendly as well. Parking is okay since there is a 15 minutes parking space in front of the shop. This is a decent cleaners and one of the few I've seen in the neighborhood. Due to Covid they have changed the hours drastically. Linda does a nice job and she's a pretty nice lady. I know they outsource their dry cleaning which is weird but the building is pretty tiny. She can do alterations and repairs but they can be hit or miss. Price and speed of service is pretty good for my needs. I only hope this spot doesn't close because the location is super convenient for me. read more

After receiving back my pants with the newly done job, I suggested a quick fix. There's a dry cleaner about a block away from my house but I make my way and come all the way out here to get my dry cleaning done! Honestly, this is the best place to do it! The owner here is always friendly and nice, doing my suits and whatever else I need dry cleaned fast and CHEAP! Overall, there's really not much more I can say about this place. Great name for a place that delivers just that. I took three shirts, two pants and a suit jacket to get dry cleaned. It cost me $20 plus they fixed a hole that I had on one of the pants so it was well worth it. The clothes came out great and I can't even express my shock at the price. Linda, the owner, was very nice and always has a smile on her face. There is plenty of parking in the area and the location is great. It's fast and cheap. Took 4 days to get all of my stuff done. UPDATED REVIEW: I went back in and brought the pant that was they forgot to repair. The lady fixed it right away; less than 5 minutes and it was done. THANK YOU! ___________________________________________________ I came in to pick up my clothes and went straight home to check to make sure I got everything. Well, I haven't had a chance to do that when I found that one of my pants that was supposed to be repaired, didn't get repair as it should. I paid for for it. How could they not notice a big safety pin that is still attached next to the part that was supposed to be repairs!?!! Seriously?!? I went back straight to the cleaner and brought the pant in, but it was closed. Wednesday closed at noon; I just saw the sign. It's my first time here and I'm very disappointed. I should have follow my instinct when I dropped my clothes for repair and dry clean. Not sure if the lady really understood me when I told her that I need the pant repair and dry clean. She did put safety pin on it, why on earth this did not get done? Now I will have to go back and have it repair again; and hope they won't charge me again for the work they should have done. Really? First time customer. Given the good ratings on yelp, I walked in feeling somewhat confident about this dry cleaning joint. Brought in 8 designer dress shirts and a couple of trousers. Left with only 6, one is damaged and one is lost. Owner Lina apologizes but offers no compensation whatsoever. Not even a service refund for them. Unprofessional. Not even worthy of a single star rating. *An isolated case this may seem but to have that horrible experience is unacceptable. Be sure to think twice before taking your valued pieces of clothing to this joint. There's quite a number of reputable dry cleaners around the area that proves to be a much better option. This drycleaner is just a few blocks away from our house, so we take all our suits here on a weekly basis. They do an OK job, nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about either. It's just convenient. They do, however, open on Saturdays, which we like. The ladies behind the counter are usually pretty nice too, so that's a big plus. read more

I was in a pinch trying to find a last-minute place to fix a pair of slacks on my way out of town and they were the only ones who would do it same-day for me. They took my pants that had come apart on the side, and repaired them and had them ready in less than two hours - on a Saturday! The rip was in a precarious spot as it started at the bottom corner of the pocket where there are several seams, lining, etc. When I picked up the finished product, they looked brand new. I'll never been there again. I went this place cause it's really convenience for me,it's just 2 blocks from my home. I bring one jacket and one dress to there about couple weeks ago, the young boy told me I can pick them up after 5 days l.So I go back after one week, when I got there, a lady (seems real owner )told me that my jacket didn't done yet, because they sent my jacket to another laundry and they didn't done , I don't know why. So I go back after 2 more days. When I got my jacket and dress , it was a disaster , when i got home, i found they attached with something like weird SMOKE smell, what a smell. Are u seriously ? Good Quality Cleaners is great little spot in the Sunset, that's right on Taraval so it's easy to jump of the train and grab your stuff on the way home from work. So, I decided to take a skirt & blouse set to dry clean, because it was a little too damaged that I wasn't sure I could do it myself. Since it would be the first time I went to a dry cleaners, and this place had good reviews, I was sure that everything would go smoothly. I came on Thursday, the woman took a look at the set and said "O.k, come back on Monday." I asked her how much it would cost, and she said 9$. So I paid her 9$, she wrote me up a slip, and I left. Coming back on Monday first off, she mixed up which slip was mine. Mine had a tab of 9$, while she picked up one that said 13.25$. Then, since my slip did not say "paid", she asked me to give 9$. I'd already given 9$, so I was very confused on why I first had to pay an extra 13.25$ and figuring out that she had the wrong slip, why I had to pay my bill again. Upon realizing that I thought I had already paid, she blew up and had a fight with my mother. The woman there was very unprofessional, screaming and yelling and blaming me for forgetfulness/clumsiness with a Chinese word which would be considered quite rude. I was not at all worried, and started saying that alright, if you forgot somehow that's fine because I can just pay you another 9$ but before I could finish saying the word "somehow", the woman went off on another tangent about how "it's your fault!!! if the customer paid beforehand I write the word "paid"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Apparently she didn't want the blame for this whole matter. I distinctly remember giving her 9$, I am neither forgetful nor clumsy, and I was also much more calm than she. I would not recommend going here, with such horrible customer service. Honestly, a problem comes up and the woman blows up and handles it like a kindergartner. I'm not that old myself and I was just slightly amused by the situation because she went off on such a limb. So, my mother and I paid her another 9$, and left in a rather bad mood. read more

We love this place. We now feel that Linda is part of our family. We've been bringing her our weekly dry cleaning the past year, and her service is always reliable and affordable. She sees our car from the second we park and has our clothese ready. Every time we go in, we have some sort of challenging stain or alteration that she manages to fix. We're a lesbian couple and we recently got married. She tailored both of our outfits: a wedding dress and a three piece suit. Her work was fabulous and perfect. Wow can't get any better than this. Place is dirt cheap!! I've never had a problem with the cleaning/service. There is a dedicated parking space for customers and street parking is easy to find. I go to the new second location at 14th street and Church, in San Francisco. Lina is a magician with a needle and thread, and a delight to work with. I have her do all my alterations, and am planning an outfit for her to make from scratch. She has recently taken over this location and really transformed it.
