I love having another healthy food option in Smyrna. We've only eaten in once but ordered pickup a bunch of times. When we dined in, the service was nice and efficient. They've recently changed their hours and aren't open in the evenings anymore, with a focus on breakfast/brunch at this location. The Marietta location remains open in the evening. The prices are a bit high, even for healthy food. Especially for salads which I compare to another healthy fave, Kale Me Crazy, whose salads have good ingredients with lots of toppings and are slightly cheaper. For me, I highly enjoy their breakfast options, especially the crispy hash browns. I've had some salads and lunch bowls and wasn't impressed with the flavors so I'll stick to breakfast. One of the best things about Good Kitchen recipes s the kids menu. You get a good amount of food for a really fair price. My kids usually get the (grilled) chicken tenders with hash browns, carrots or cucumbers, and fruit. If you order online, don't forget to add the kids mousse which comes with the meal. read more

This is a great healthy option in a sea of southern fried restaurants. It's hard to find a brunch stop with so many good flavorful choices on a menu. They even have a dog menu and we were sure to order something healthy for our pup. read more

Plain decor and vibe probably OK for breakfast and lunch but for dinner comes across as charmless (the harsh bright lighting does not help). This restaurant does NOT serve cocktails. It is beer and wine only. Service was friendly and attentive. The menu offers a lot of different choices, everything from vegan bowls to burgers and short rib! What a wonderful little hidden gem! so happy we found this spot for brunch. We had the charcuterie board and steak kabobs to start and let me tell y'all WOW! My husband and I both had egg bowls with hash browns and a protein and it was super good. I love their concept of healthy eating, such as their use of Monk fruit in place of sugar for our sweet tea and coffee. Good Kitchen is the hidden gem of Smyrna! I stumbled upon Good Kitchen Smyrna on my way to the bubble tea place next store. From the moment I went in the door everything was wonderful. The service was excellent and I was greeted by the most kind people. The food was delicious. I had the steak wrap and a side of hash browns. They were cooked to perfection. What can I say that isn't all raving about this place? I absolutely love Good Kitchen since stumbling upon it back in late spring. I've met the most amazing friend there to boot! The foods I've gotten to experience through ordering there have not missed. Granted I have had an experience or two where I think I've ordered the same thing so much that I needed a break from that particular item in order to experience it tasting new and fresh to me again. Good Kitchen off Atlanta Rd is the only location of the two that I have patronized. The staff here are all so friendly and diverse. The food comes out wonderfully presented, always hot and so flavorful. Hands down I'm a bowl girl! I've had quite a few versions of the one pictured. I also enjoy their gluten-free pancakes on occasion. The portions are plentiful. They also offer a diverse drink menu as well. I always gravitate toward the breakfast items. However, they offer lunch style options all day as well. It's a shame that the name isn't "Great Kitchen" because they really do make great selections to choose from. read more

A barista, whom I believe their name is Chelsey, made me a matcha that tasted grainy. It was bitter. It was supposed to be iced and all the ice was melted when I received it. It was lukewarm....yuck. My husband and I visited the good kitchen for brunch one morning soon after they had opened. We didn't know what to expect and were confused by the ordering system, but it was easy to catch on once we got our smartphones out. The system allows you to order on your phone and pay on your phone, and then food is brought out to you by the staff. But, if you would prefer to order the old school away, the staff is more than happy to help you out! My husband and I both got breakfast bowls and were impressed that they did not skip out on the bacon! Usually kitchens are reserved with the good stuff, but there was plenty of that caught bacon and both my husband and I felt full as we left. We came here the day after Christmas because quite frankly, who wants to cook on that day? Brought our 3 kids for lunch, which if you have all kids 5 & under you understand the anxiety of eating out with them never knowing what to expect sometimes. Right when we sat down they brought the kids colored pencils, coloring papers, a basket of books with great motor skill games inside. The service was amazing and everyone was SO KIND. The menu is the perfect length, not too much and not too little. They serve breakfast all day which was a hit for our two pancake loving boys. I had the spicy chicken sandwich on brioche and it was 10/10 fabulous. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and the sauce was the right amount of spicy. My husband had the avocado toast and said he could've eaten 5 of them. He also had the bowl with avocado, egg, and sausage and ate every bite. My husband who never remarks about places goes: "They won't stay here long, they'll have to expand." In his book that's about as high as compliments go. Overall the service and food was great. We really enjoyed being able to have a filling meal without feeling like we were stuffed full of crap. We will certainly be back, a pleasant addition to the Smyrna square! read more

We are vegan so we were very happy to see that they have a dedicated vegan/vegetarian menu. We had the bread basket, piccata cauliflower steak, and the coconut curry bowl.
