Drain clogged, dryer was so loud and didn't really dry my dog, shampoo and conditioner extremely watered down and didn't lather whatsoever. So far, my dog hasn't said anything good or bad about her experience, but she seems happy enough to go inside with a staff member. While I appreciate the service they provide, it is a bit pricey, so I have to be selective about when I bring my dog here. I'd love to be able to bring her more often, but I have to ration our visits until I hit the jackpot.

The process was smooth and professional, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the app and texts makes everything so easy to manage. I even got the cutest "Welcome to Camp" photo when my pup was accepted -- such a thoughtful touch! My dog has been having a great time at daycare, and it's given me real peace of mind knowing she's happy and well cared for. Now that she's also boarding overnight for the first time, I'm not the least bit worried -- I know she's in good hands. The ability to check in on her through the live cameras during the day is a total bonus, and the team goes above and beyond with their adorable enrichment activities (complete with photos of your pup enjoying them). They even helped me one evening when I found a lost dog on my way to drop mine off -- scanning the dog for a microchip without hesitation. That kind of compassion says everything about who they are. I just wrapped up a 6-week training program with Dogtown's head trainer, Makenzie and had such an…read moreamazing experience. I have a timid, sometimes reactive and aggressive dog, who needed a lot of help with training. After an hour consultation with Makenzie, we decided to do three day & train sessions where my dog would go to their facility for a half day of training one on one with Makenzie, three at home 1:1 sessions in my dog's natural environment, and three hour long group classes. The amount that I learned in these 6 weeks was absolutely mind blowing. Training your dog is about practice and consistency, and speaking your dog's language, and Dogtown gave me the confidence and the knowledge to be able to train my dog on my own. The day & train opportunities were a wonderful way to start. Makenzie would train my dog 1:1 and then would send me videos about everything they worked on during their sessions. When I came to pick her up, Makenzie would show me what they worked on and how I could practice it at home. The training sessions in my own home were incredibly helpful as well. It gave me time to practice with my dog(s) in their natural environment and refreshers on what we had already learned, and building upon the skills she was learning. The group sessions were amazing for my dog, and any dog, to have an opportunity to practice in a new, overstimulating environment with other dogs that she doesn't know. Since she is apprehensive around other dogs, this was amazing practice for her. On top of everything else, the team is so friendly and kind, and the trainers are so knowledgable. I had the chance to take a group class with their trainer Maren and she was wonderful as well. Thank you to the team for teaching both me and my dog the skills to be better trained.

This lady was the nicest lady I've ever spoken to (I think in my life.) and customer service was incredible. She answered my dozens of questions and got me scheduled quickly and without a hitch.
