First off - WOW is this ice cream good. I love ice cream with toppings and they do not skimp out. My favorite so far has been anything with Oreo but they have lots of options that change each week (or every other) so it's easy to find at least one that suites your fancy. The downside - there's no storefront where you can go in and just buy it. You have to log on at 7pm on Wednesday and hope you click right to grab what you want. It's a little stressful competing with sometimes 1,000 other people! But it's popular for a reason! $13/pint is a little pricy but not surprising when you see everything they add to it. This is not your typical flavors type place, it's more advanced.

Purple Haze and Funky Monkey

Getting this ice cream can be a challenge but I feel like that adds to the excitement of it! I got the Funky Monkey (like a banana pudding flavor) and Purple Haze (coconut ube with pecans). They nailed the Ube flavor very well! As a Filipino, it's annoying when food is branded as Ube and the Ube flavor isn't there just the color so I really enjoyed this flavor. I've also tried a variety of "banana pudding-like" ice creams and this one nails the banana flavor perfectly and doesn't taste artificial. The pickup service was easy and the workers were friendly. The only downfall is the short pickup windows which can be a barrier for some. They also do a lot of great work for the community so I will definitely keep supporting! I also love their creative packaging!

Ordered these on a Wednesday when they are released. You have to order online and then pick up at a designated time and place. I was actually able to go at an earlier pick up time-slot than the one I selected since I had some availability. Super friendly people and very short wait when you actually go to pick the ice cream up. They have an efficient system that's fast! The ice cream itself is wonderful. Super rich and creamy and loaded with toppings (huge plus for me since it's how I like my ice cream). My personal favorite surprisingly was the Old Bay ice cream; the sweet dense caramel works so well with the salty and spiced old bay ice cream and the pretzels and peanuts had a beautiful crunch to it all. It's lots of textures and flavors that work really well together. The Oreo cheesecake was also delicious; I'm normally not a huge fan of chocolate but the cheesecake, and Oreo, and chocolate all go together well together without anything being too overpowering. It really tastes like a deconstructed cheesecake vs a lot of cheesecake ice creams taste like ice cream with cheesecake in it. The one I was actually most excited about was the lemon tart one. I love lemons and I love tart flavors in my ice cream. I think the mistake I made was eating this one last instead of first; it's more delicate with with sweet and sour lemon curd and the white chocolate and crumbs. Definitely something that's hard to appreciate after the old bay ice cream which is more in your face. That being said, I liked it a lot, and will enjoy it again tomorrow. Overall awesome ice cream experience. The ice cream is pricy but it's super premium, gourmet, and made in small batches which is a refreshing change from store-bought ice cream. It's actually not that pricy if I compare it to going to an ice cream shop and ordering by scoop. You definitely have to try this place!

Well seems like I'll be spending my money at Good Karma Creamery when their drops sound tasty. They make different ice creams every week or biweekly and you can order online on Wednesday for pickup the following couple of days. Their store is in a corporate park so it isn't really a store front and you can't walk in to buy ice cream. Nonetheless, the process of buying and obtaining the ice cream is straightforward. The ice cream itself is delicious!!! It's dangerously delicious especially if you like the flavors of the week. The ice cream is creamy and the mix ins are plentiful. The bind they use has guar gum which can cause bloating for certain people. Must try ice cream!

In 2017, in a five-part comic-book storyline titled "Stoned," Greg Rucka, the writer, and Drew…read moreJohnson, the penciler, depict what would happen if Wonder Woman begrudgingly accepts an appeal to Ares from Medusa: a postponed fight to the death between the venomous snake-haired Gorgon and Wonder Woman the following morning in the heart of Yankee Stadium. Diana, Ambassador to Themiscyra, prepares for battle the night before as many of Homer's mythic heroes do, by praying to the God of their devotion. For Wonder Woman, that is Athena: Goddess of Wisdom; and we aren't told if Athena answers her prayers aloud. But what if, being prescient, Athena decided to interfere with Ares' plans, to prevent her champion, Diana of Themiscyra, from having to blind herself using the fangs of one of the severed vipers from Medusa's head? And what if Athena knew the fight was going to be held nearby 7106 Minstrel Way in Columbia, Maryland, and that Medusa's true weaknesses were gigantic, fruit-filled danishes (with seasonal choices of strawberries, cherries, apples, blueberries, or lemons); chocolate-filled, buttery croissants whose flakiness approaches even those of great French pastry chefs; and succulent sandwiches (chicken BLTs on ciabatta, turkey Reuben's on rye, bagels and lox with cream cheese and fresh slices of red onion) that prompt Medusa's own deadly serpentine follicles to salivate? The battle may have ended in seconds with Wonder Woman still wearing her helmet, no worse for wear. Although we may have lost a truly-great comic-book reading experience that still resonates to this day, our stomachs would sing and remember what Wonder Woman ordered from Bonheur Patisserie and Deli in verses and song.

Delimanjoo is a hidden gem in Ellicott City - their taiyaki is a must-try!…read more The stand is located inside Lotte Plaza, all the way down left from the entrance. They sell roll cakes, Korean pastries, and snacks, but my go-to since childhood has been their taiyaki - fish-shaped pastries with red bean custard filling. They're always served fresh and hot, which is a plus. The ladies running the stand are sweet as well, and it's pretty grab-and-go. Each fish costs $2.50, which is higher than before, but reasonable. I highly recommend checking this place out! I often find myself craving taiyaki, so I'll certainly be back.

The red bean taiyaki was pretty good and had a bit of a crunch when it was warm but kinda less so when it turned cold and soggy. A good point was that the red bean filling was not overly sweet like in some other dessert fillings. My sister and niece went back the next day to get more and was met with "What do you want?" in a really testy, I can't be bothered with you kind of questioning when it was their turn to order. This time he did make the vanilla cream ones but his overall attitude soured us to the patroning experience. Not sure we would go back again based on piss poor attitude alone. BTW, the vanilla cream ones were just ehhhh!

I enjoyed how fresh and cohesive the flavors were! There's also a variety of pastries offered. These are baked in their Columbia location and brought to Arundel Mills. I was intrigued by the variety of savory treats, some topped with cheese and beef, others with vegetables. I was also delighted to see macaroons, that looked pretty authentic. With all the solid options present, I landed in a pistachio donut! Now, I will say I had a bit higher expectations for the donut. The donut itself was delicious, but I would have appreciated more pistachio throughout the cream in the center or maybe even skipping out on the cream altogether. Overall I think it was certainly worth a try. The matcha, for sure, stole the show! I will be back to try another flavor of matcha and a savory pastry!
