Everything was ready about 15-20 mins later and I repeat STEAMING HOT. The mambo sauce was on the milder side with subtle flavor. I will say it's in the hood. Bad Hope Carry Out have the most unsanitary conditions inside and outside of the establishment. The kitchen is completely filthy and their customer service is the worst service I had ever encountered. They are cooking and serving food behind a bulletproof glass windows, which entails the lack of respect for our community, but they continue to make money and rip people off by serving expired food. During my first visit, the food I ordered was rubbery and overcooked. They gave me a horrible excuse as to why they would not replace my order with freshly cooked food...big disappointment. The last visit confirmed that I would no longer eat their food, or support their establishment. I found hair in my food, but they insisted it was not their hair, even after me showing them the food with the hair hanging out of it. Again, they refused to replace my order with freshly cooked food, and refused to give me a refund. I was left with no food, no money, and a second disappointed visit.
