They also said needed brakes, calipers rotors all around, they said everything was $ 2200. I let them do the job, they said it would take a week, it took them 3 weeks, then when I was ready to pay the guy tells me $4200. I said the quote was $2200, then he says oh well, I'll give you the discount of $3800, are you serious? I asked for my truck back , now it's $2200. I paid, they said they would be finished up that evening, I asked could they bring to my house, no problem, tow truck comes but my truck in yard, don't knock on door or nothing, just so happen I saw him, I'm like where's the keys, in the truck, this man in such a rush. I say where's the hub caps to the wheels, he look he say on front seat, so you can't put everything back like it was. I drove it it seem fine, brakes work, but they emptied the gas didn't even replace it, I mean zero drop, I don't think I could go to the gas station, I had to call AAA. This place sucks and a rip off! Don't go here ever! Don't even get gas there!

I found this service by doing a Yelp search…read more I was stranded on a Saturday. My call was answered immediately and the dispatcher sent someone to meet me. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.

I then personally called about 15 tow companies with no answer or out of service numbers. I finally came in contact with Official Towing. The friendly voice on the other side of the line finally gave me my first spec of Hope. The operator asked how I was doing, asked about what happened and really cared about my situation. He even provided safety instructions to follow and said not to get out of the car. Within about 15 minutes, Jeff came to my rescue and got me and my vehicle off of the highway to safety. He took me about 2 miles away to an auto shop and he actually figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it right then and there. From there, I didn't even have to leave my vehicle to be fixed. I was able to drive home. Jeff was extremely friendly and did his job above and beyond. I can never thank him enough. An amazing guy. It was reasonably priced at $170.00 for the tow but the experience was priceless. Jeff saved me hundreds if not thousands I would have spent at the auto shop. Great people from start to finish, I recommend them 10/10.
