Upon entering, an employee greets you, asks what you are there for and pages someone to meet you at that area. An employee met me at the laptop section named Brian. He is with a Lenovo laptop. I wasn't interested with it, but he was able to help me with HP laptop. He gave me some informations to decide what to buy. Unfortunately, by the time I decided what to buy - they didn't have the laptop in stock so they sent me to a different location. The good part it was a nearby branch. It was a good visit. Learned something new. And Brian - the employee was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Restrooms were available and accessible for people with disabilities. They have good deals on selected laptops.
