Original Interaction......Strangely, I contacted them to see if they service motorized lifts since they advertise them in the OC local. I bought mine years ago through someone (likely inventor) and can't find them. It's the exact same one pictured in the flyer. If they sell them you'd think they'd service them. When I told him the issue I had, visibly unlevel, he replied, no we don't service them. I then asked if they'd service them if I bought one from him and the reply was "they're never exactly level" I just found the response unexpected. GREAT FOLLOW-UP.....Day after I left the above review, the owner called. He was VERY nice and really wanted to understand where they went wrong. Once I reiterated my experience he corrected the incorrect reply to my original inquiry and said, they do service mortorized lifts. After sending him pictures of mine both level and unlevel he said he would get back to me after his installer reviews them. He followed up when promised and said it can be fixed and scheduled an appt. I look forward to my Sept 4th appt. read more

Amazing service from initial phone inquiry to installation. We had the pleasure of working with Gereld. He came out, went over our options and really knew his stuff. After going through our options our best bet was to move a light in the garage so we can put up 2 garage racks for extra storage. Gereld didnt make us feel preasured to h get the installation done right away, instead he reccomend we make the light adjustment and call them back when we were ready. Of course we rushed to get the light switch around and Gereld came back out and installed our garage racks. The racks are sturdy, and look great . The professionalism of this company is outstanding and so is their product. Highly reccomend!! Extra plus they give a military incentive. read more

I'd been looking to install some garage racks for some time now and decided to use this company after going through many comparisons and reviews. I considered DIY and just purchasing some racks from Costco or the local big box store but for sake of convenience and time savings I found this to be worth the cost. Even though these are pricey they offer great value considering the racks are professionally installed and there's literally no hassles of having to give up the entire weekend (or more) to perform the work myself. Nick the installer was timely and professional and did the job in a matter of a few hours. I'd recommend as trustworthy and reliable. By the way. The racks are amazing and I'm getting a couple more installed in a couple of weeks! read more

Saw ad for overhead storage racks guaranteed to hold 1000 lbs. Called and talked to Matt . He not only gave me all info, prices, answered all my questions, he scheduled installation of (2) 4 x 8 racks. He asked my son to mark where he wanted racks to go. When installer came he was prompt and on time. My son showed him where he wanted the racks to go . Installer suggested a different configuration that wouldn't interfere with the existing floor to ceiling cabinets. He then installed them He was quick, efficient and cleaned after completing. He was very nice, helpful and all in all a very pleasant experience. Really like the racks. read more

We are so excited about our new garage storage racks! Matt came today exactly at the time I was quoted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very impressed by how quickly and professionally he installed our two 4' x 8' racks singlehandedly. We found out later that his main area of service is in the Bay Area (San Jose, Brentwood, etc), but he has partners in both Northern CA and Southern CA, so they all work with each other to install in neighboring regions. He drove all the way up to Rocklin today to install ours and a few other customers in our area. That's dedication, to make such a far drive! We scheduled our appointment with his partner's company, CDR, who is located in Sacramento, but if you're in the Bay Area, definitely call Matt at Good Garage. If you go on Youtube and type in "Topp Rax," you can find videos from their partnering companies. Matt also has some great videos of how the storage racks look after they're installed too. We would definitely not hesitate to call Matt and his company for any of our garage storage rack needs in the future. Highly recommended! read more
