I am glad I didn't read the reviews before trying this place out. I had the General Tsos Chicken and my husband had the Sesame Chicken and we thought both were excellent! The chicken was nice and crispy (not a chewy piece in the bunch - which is a big peeve of mine). There was extra sauce, which I usually have to ask for at home, and some onions and peppers thrown it. Not a great experience. I liked the concept, but the food was not great. We placed our order at the touch screens, which meant or backs were to the menus on the overhead screens which had the descriptions of the meals. It's not a big deal to turn around, but I didn't realize they were even there until after we had ordered and sat down. I ordered the noodle soup with duck, which they advertised had bones. I didn't realize it would be mostly bones and that, with the utensils provided (chopsticks, spoon, fork), just how difficult it would be to eat. Plus, it just wasn't very flavorful. It wasn't horribly expensive, but it wasn't great good and it wasn't a great experience. I will say that the staff members were all very nice and friendly, though. We won't be back. read more

The food is dry and nasty. I had the fried rice and it was so bad. My mom had the soy chicken. Perhaps they're saving the sauce for another day because her meal was just as dry as mine. They're not cheap either. I'd rather starve. read more

I've equally enjoyed $20 PizzaHut meals to $300 dinners in 5-star restaurants so I'm not exactly a food snob but for the love of all things edible stay away from this place. It's an expensive Asian fast food gastronomic fail. The kiosk ordering system is confusing. The menu is limited and expensive for plastic bowls full of awfulness. Our food arrived partially frozen, the rice was clumpy and cold, and the ribs were lukewarm, rubbery and tough. This place is SO bad I'm actually mad they exist! stay away!!! gross!!!! $18 for the worst generals tso chicken i've ever had. spring rolls had no flavor. everything is all a cart and brought out to in plastic to-go containers. my friend had the fried rice she said it was as dry as could be. neither one of us ate half of what came with a meal. They give you plastic forks and knives and take out containers. Nothing is served in real bowls or plates.oh and they charge $3 for a half a bottle of bottled water. I had the roasted pork with noodles and it was too salty. My mother in law had the roasted duck with rice and it was also too salty. We both didn't finished our food and we just threw it away. I also had the Thai bubble tea and it was just ok. However, the two stars are for the beef brisket noodles with egg noodles that my husband ordered, it was pretty good and I recommend that. read more

So we were in the casino and I had some food comps. We decided to try this fast food Chinese place. The touch screens were easy enough to place you order. Now you stand on a line and get to watch the ANGRY Asian cook who did have gloves on but was using them to touch and pick up everything (from taking handfuls of pork then picking up chicken wings putting them in the fryer as he wiped his forehead. Food was in a steam table did not look fresh. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. We get to the front of the line and they gave us an 8 oz paper cup for soda and told us to have a seat they would bring out the food. Went to get soda and it was not working, however it was working but they shut it off because Asian guests were taking soda filling water bottles with soda. Saw this with my own eyes. NOW THE FOOD! We ordered Beef Congee, Dumplings, Fried Rice, and Gen Tso Chicken. The beef congee was horrible it had no taste added 3 packets of soy still had no taste ,beef had no flavor went in the garbage. Dumplings, I have had better from my local grocers frozen food section. Finished them but was not easy. The fried rice was dried out and old (that is because it sits in a steam table , not fresh) The Gen Tsos was OK at best . By the way it came to $37.50 Do not waste your time or money even if it is free. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I have been to some of the best and worst Chinese takeout and buffets, hundreds over the years and this was the absolute worst! Wake up Resort world and read your reviews and fix it. This is not the type of food I should be getting in a Casino Resort. Fast food or not. read more

food is ok at best. las vegas prices. you cant have what you want. you MUST pick a package. i wanted general tso chicken with fried rice. pretty popular. it comes with white rice which you HAVE to take. throw it out and order an $11 fried rice seperate. no substitute or adons. good luck in the future. regulare and rule yourselves out of business. read more
