Then had some hot and sour soup along with wonton soup and wonton egg drop soup. The hot and sour is made just right, little spice and a touch of sour with huge mushrooms in it! The wonton soups are always very good and the stock is tasty. You can tell its home made.

I ordered the bone in ribs and they were so over cooked that I could not eat them. I don't know how you can serve something that you know is is over done and expect the customer who is paying a premium (these days) especially for ribs and think that is okay,It's not! This is not the first time I ordered something that has been overcooked. I frequent their crispy duck because the portion is a nice size and the sauce is excellent. However, one time before I ordered the duck and it was so dry and overcooked. I was so disappointed that when I placed an order the time after I specifically asked them not to overcook them. Now, I should not have to say that to the cooks in the back, they should know this. As a Resturant Owner, you should know that if you serve overcooked food your customers aren't going to be happy and then they're not going to return. I will take the extra long drive out to Jeffersonville or Liberty and get my Chinese food out there.

Came by here to try the traditional food over the take out style for a change. The place was very…read morequiet and pretty empty besides myself. Will say the dining room is beautiful and spacious. Had to get someone attention to order in, kind of weird but it was fast enough. So when The guy was showing me the menu, was cool of him to make suggestions since first time for me, he did jokingly say the end part of menu is popular since the Americanized Chinese food, I laughed and am like nah am here for the traditional, he give his suggestions in the traditional menu of what's popular, but I settled on beef ribs, white rice, pork dumplings and strawberry boba slush. For the drink, it was very refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, though I wish it had strawberry boba over the tapioca pearls. The pork dumplings were piping hot and very fresh, plenty of filling inside and not greasy. The dipping sauce was tangy and very vinegary forward, definitely a flavor trip. The beef ribs, were so melt in your mouth tender and flavorful, I really like gravy type sauce it was bathed in and really great ladled on the rice. Do wish I had more ribs though, since definitely the part of the meal, plus the plate it comes on, sells the meal. I did really appreciate how kind the people were here and very friendly as well.

Amazing! Great authentic Chinese food! (Szechuan cuisine)…read more The owners are super nice if you eat in, but I usually get it door dashed over. Portions are large and the food is well cooked and fresh! I usually get the chengdu chicken, the beef with fresh hot veggies and the egg plant with garlic. Usually whatever is on the Szechuan cuisine list is my go to lol! Definitely a great addition to Middletown! Go try it out! Won't be disappointed!

Definitely I will. So the warm Dan Dan noodles were good, well spiced, but not overwhelming and noodles themselves were chewy. Sizzling shrimp, first huge jumbo shrimp so very generous on portions, plus cooked just right and bathe completely in the sauce, plenty of diced onions and peppers and mildly spicy over all. Chicken in chili oil was my favorite, I mean a whole cut chicken fit in that container, both white and dark meat, was tender and moist, plus the chili oil was just right spicy level without being assertive. This place I find special considering it's more of authentic Chinese cuisine rather than the typical Americanized version, that alone is a big draw for this place.
