Revisited waterpark so here we are again. This time the dining area is opened. Only a few tables were occupied. No line to order. Quick and precise order. Food was good. Self serve fountain drinks. Fries were fresh but salty. No other complain. Overall, KFC is KFC. I don't expect gourmet food and it satisfies the appetite of my kids after swimming. PS. A Popeyes chicken opened across the street read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Monticello, New York

See all

Service was excellent. Ambiance was good. Food was exactly what is should be to compare with KFC standards. This store is run extremely well. Evidently the manager knows the proper way to run a restaurant. This store is better than Middletown NY and 10x better than Newton NJ. read more

Manager and employees are rude, mean and disrespectful, The chicken is very raw & overcooked there, don't even eat there again.

The food here is okay but the service is outrageous. I never come here with an attitude but somehow I always receive one back, its as like the workers hate their job with their guts and they take it off on the clients. Some of these workers are entitled, mean and unkind to people who don't speak English very well. So if English is not your first language don't bother on goin there, they'll will make you feel stupid for even trying. Very nasty and unnecessary attitude to their clients. read more

I parked in the fine establishment pulled up to the speaker order my food was nice I didn't get screamed at this time and they didn't slam the window when I got my food lady was nice read more

Going to complain to their corporate office. Expect a full refund for the meal that I ordered. I showed them what I wanted via the email I received today offering a four to five piece tender meal with the new fries This is what I got see the picture. I got three tiny little tenders no sauce half a bucket filled of fries. They charged me $6.59 instead of $5.49 and gave me half the food I was entitled to. Shame on them. The fries don't taste any different than regular fries. And the chicken tenders are nasty. Dry as a bone. I will never go back to this KFC. First and last time. read more

Impressed! Very fast and polite service. Food was great! Kfc service and food depends on location! And leadership, Aprreciation of employes! Rewards! Great job!! read more

The employees need to be trained better. How you as an employee get mad because you have an attitude and messed up the order not one not twice. And then when something said u get arrgervated. At the end of the whole process u don't even try to appolgize. Never again. Rather drive to KFC Middletown. They food better anyway. Only gave star because u can't give a half read more

Very rude people working here. As usual my order was wrong, I told them my order was missing a couple items. The manager told me I didn't order the items. I told her I did, she told me the leave the fu..ing her building before she call the cops. This bi..h was mental. I'm glade there is a popies being build across the street so I don't have to go back to this KFC. read more

Very great chicken. I like the way they fry it to the point where the crispiness is literally visible. Super great, super great. I recommend the chicken bowl. Yup. read more

I was so excited to try the beyond chicken nuggets. Well, what a huge disappointment!!!! I could barely bite into these hard overcooked pieces. I thought I broke a tooth with one of them!!!! Terribly disappointing. Don't bother trying them, unless they figured out how to cook them correctly. I gave it one star because the breading wasn't terrible. read more

This is a terrible KFC. Keep on driving. There's a Burger King just down the street that is much better. We had tried this location before, and had a terrible experience. It took us about 2 years (yes, two years, it was so bad) for us to give it a second chance. Huge mistake. Rude cashier, kept totaling our order before we were done, before we'd even ordered drinks. Like she just wanted everyone to go away. We wanted to eat in, but were given our items in a bag "to go". Person that handed us our food didn't seem to care, either. No one even pretended to smile. Weren't given utensils, asked for those, tried to eat out of the boxes and styrofoam containers. The tables were dirty, hard to find a semi-clean place to sit. Food mostly cold, except for the gravy. Eventually a manager-type person came out to check on the diners, we told him we weren't given plates, we had wanted to eat in. He brought us some. At least he cared enough to come out and see how things were. Stay tuned, maybe in another two years we'll try again. Or maybe not. read more

I grew with KFC. This is the worst KFC I've ever had. Either it wasn't freshly made, or the oil in the fryer was old, but it is not the KFC I remember. It's my favorite and I know what good KFC is. I hate leaving a bad review, but I will never go here again. read more

Very disappointed with this location and crew members. Crew members were very rude and acted like they were doing me a big favor by taking my order. That is their job correct? Crew members were too busy chatting with each other, on their phones etc. The place was not busy, but there were 4 of us in line waiting for our food. Will not recommend. read more

I don't think be experienced worse customer service from a place in my life. Every time I go to this kfc the experience is awful. Whether the order is wrong they don't print receipts or are just nasty. Whoever is hiring people you gotta do better. read more

Worst KFC ever!! Staff sucks!!! Wrong order received!!! Ordered a meal didn't receive any biscuits!!! If you don't want to work here find another job!!! Miserable employees very miserable employees read more

Had to wait 15 minutes for biscuits, but was provided with compensation for the wait. Got home to find the sauce we asked for wasn't in the bag. Food was good though. read more

The worst kfc I've ever been to. Their food is greasy beyond words and the staff sucks. They will not give you sauce with your chicken either. I was told "no sauce if you buy chicken with the bones." I've never heard that before at any other kfc. Will never go back here. read more

Definitely a horrible KFC. They charge for sauce, the service is terrible, and all of my order was wrong. And it doesn't help that there was multiple flies surrounding the line. Also most of the workers are rude. read more

Poor service. Drive thru broken and no signs. Staff always screwing around and not waiting on customers. Food is good but service sucks. Don't go if you are in a hurry read more

Stopped here on the way to Niagara Falls for a quick bite. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area. The original fried chicken was what i ordered-- fresh, crispy and seasoned just right. The oil used to fry chicken is also fresh. read more

Placed online order for convenience and payed online. They now make you come in for pick up instead of picking up through Drive Thru. Drove all the way there for them to tell me They did not have the Buckets of Chicken Tenders originally ordered. I asked if they could substitute regular crispy Chicken to compensate and they refused. Furthermore, I asked how to get my refund and they said its not through their store and would have to contact KFC customer care. The option to speak to the manager was given by the cashier. I stepped aside to wait. But the cashier came back with the same response. The manager had 0 interest in addressing or trying to resolve these issues. At this time a line was backed up to the door, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency among the staff to get orders out productively. This store has went downhill over the past few years. My guess is lack of proper management. read more

This place is called KFC, but they never have chicken. There workers are dumber then a box of rocks and have screwed my order up a few times. I will never go back again read more

They can't count! We ordered a 20 piece bucket. I watched her fill the bucket and it did not look right. I asked her if she was sure she put in all 20 pieces and she said she was absolutely sure. Well, when we got home there were only 17 pieces! To top off our miserable meal, the grilled chicken was so dry we could not chew it! We called the kfc to complain to the manager but at that point we were not about to drive a half hour back. Forget about this location! read more

the food in this store really suck. the manager attitude toward there customer and i can only imagine how the worker deal with it. they sell chicken that is out dated or have been sitting for two day and make that in to the bbq pulled chicken. nasty then the workers are not using proper procedure to make the extra crispy chicken and they dont even wash the raw chicken .like they are suppose to do. um should that be a health issue?( cross contamination) then they dont even change gloves or wash there hands before they start doing something else ooh wait they dont wear gloves or wear hair nets i thought all paces that serve food are suppose to wear gloves and hair nets if you have not notice this store is a rated 2 out of 5 when it should be none out of five. the ppl there are also homophobic which is another type of discrimination. and are not nice to any gay or lesbian person. and worst of it ill i been there a few time and i was server chicken that was not completely cooked the chicken should not have any sighs of pink or red in them so who is the ppl who are doing the inspections in this store or is this another family run business? well if you want some good kfc go to middletown read more
