Revisited waterpark so here we are again. This time the dining area is opened. Only a few tables were occupied. No line to order. Quick and precise order. Food was good. Self serve fountain drinks. Manager and employees are rude, mean and disrespectful, The chicken is very raw & overcooked there, don't even eat there again.

The food here is okay but the service is outrageous. I never come here with an attitude but somehow I always receive one back, its as like the workers hate their job with their guts and they take it off on the clients. Some of these workers are entitled, mean and unkind to people who don't speak English very well. So if English is not your first language don't bother on goin there, they'll will make you feel stupid for even trying. Very nasty and unnecessary attitude to their clients. read more

Going to complain to their corporate office. Expect a full refund for the meal that I ordered. I showed them what I wanted via the email I received today offering a four to five piece tender meal with the new fries This is what I got see the picture. I got three tiny little tenders no sauce half a bucket filled of fries. They charged me $6.59 instead of $5.49 and gave me half the food I was entitled to. Shame on them. The fries don't taste any different than regular fries. And the chicken tenders are nasty. Dry as a bone. I will never go back to this KFC. First and last time. read more

I was so excited to try the beyond chicken nuggets. Well, what a huge disappointment!!!! I could barely bite into these hard overcooked pieces. I thought I broke a tooth with one of them!!!! This is a terrible KFC. Keep on driving. There's a Burger King just down the street that is much better. We had tried this location before, and had a terrible experience. It took us about 2 years (yes, two years, it was so bad) for us to give it a second chance. Huge mistake. Rude cashier, kept totaling our order before we were done, before we'd even ordered drinks. Like she just wanted everyone to go away. We wanted to eat in, but were given our items in a bag "to go". Person that handed us our food didn't seem to care, either. No one even pretended to smile. Weren't given utensils, asked for those, tried to eat out of the boxes and styrofoam containers. The tables were dirty, hard to find a semi-clean place to sit. Food mostly cold, except for the gravy. Eventually a manager-type person came out to check on the diners, we told him we weren't given plates, we had wanted to eat in. He brought us some. At least he cared enough to come out and see how things were. Stay tuned, maybe in another two years we'll try again. Or maybe not. read more

Very disappointed with this location and crew members. Crew members were very rude and acted like they were doing me a big favor by taking my order. That is their job correct? The worst kfc I've ever been to. Their food is greasy beyond words and the staff sucks. They will not give you sauce with your chicken either. I was told "no sauce if you buy chicken with the bones." I've never heard that before at any other kfc. Will never go back here. read more

Stopped here on the way to Niagara Falls for a quick bite. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area. The original fried chicken was what i ordered-- fresh, crispy and seasoned just right. The oil used to fry chicken is also fresh. read more

Placed online order for convenience and payed online. They now make you come in for pick up instead of picking up through Drive Thru. Drove all the way there for them to tell me They did not have the Buckets of Chicken Tenders originally ordered. I asked if they could substitute regular crispy Chicken to compensate and they refused. Furthermore, I asked how to get my refund and they said its not through their store and would have to contact KFC customer care. The option to speak to the manager was given by the cashier. I stepped aside to wait. But the cashier came back with the same response. The manager had 0 interest in addressing or trying to resolve these issues. At this time a line was backed up to the door, and there was absolutely no sense of urgency among the staff to get orders out productively. This store has went downhill over the past few years. They can't count! We ordered a 20 piece bucket. I watched her fill the bucket and it did not look right. I asked her if she was sure she put in all 20 pieces and she said she was absolutely sure. Well, when we got home there were only 17 pieces! To top off our miserable meal, the grilled chicken was so dry we could not chew it! the food in this store really suck. the manager attitude toward there customer and i can only imagine how the worker deal with it. they sell chicken that is out dated or have been sitting for two day and make that in to the bbq pulled chicken. nasty then the workers are not using proper procedure to make the extra crispy chicken and they dont even wash the raw chicken .like they are suppose to do. um should that be a health issue?( cross contamination) then they dont even change gloves or wash there hands before they start doing something else ooh wait they dont wear gloves or wear hair nets i thought all paces that serve food are suppose to wear gloves and hair nets if you have not notice this store is a rated 2 out of 5 when it should be none out of five. the ppl there are also homophobic which is another type of discrimination. and are not nice to any gay or lesbian person. and worst of it ill i been there a few time and i was server chicken that was not completely cooked the chicken should not have any sighs of pink or red in them so who is the ppl who are doing the inspections in this store or is this another family run business? well if you want some good kfc go to middletown read more
