Ara came out, immediately knocked a couple things off the list (servicing our tankless water heater) and helped us come up with an action plan for the bigger issues. The whole process was super smooth and he went above and beyond making sure we both understood the issues and proposed fixes and gave us very reasonable quotes for everything. If you're looking for a quality plumber who actually cares, I would definitely recommend!

Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

Last year we had a water heater installed by QP Plumbing. There was one part of the installation that was overlooked and caused us some issues. Fast forward to present day, we had leak with one of our pipes. Oscar was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and got his crew here the next day to get the issue resolved. Oscar did in fact give me the credit we had discussed over a year ago which I appreciated.
