I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.

Men's clothing selection is nice But I probably wouldn't be able to find anything in the women's section in my size. At least not in the times I have been to the store. That said, I have a few qualms with customer service. I personally have not had any problems but my teenager, who has been in a couple. The last two occasions were their last. The first time they wanted to purchase a pair of gloves. The gloves were 32.99. My teenager had two 20s. They were told that they no longer take cash. I found that odd because I had been in just a few weeks prior and used cash. Thinking it was a new policy I figured no big deal, I'll just go in and get the gloves which I did. I used my card and there was no issue. A few months later my teenager went in again, this time with a card, and again tried to get an item. This time a beanie. They were told that their card was not accepted. When I asked for clarification my teenager said they didn't even run it they just said they weren't accepting that card. It's a MasterCard. I have no idea what the problem was this time. My teenager also told me that they were followed around the store and felt uncomfortable. My teen was there with their friend. Both kids are amazing young people who never get in trouble, are not rowdy, and are very respectful. My teen is actually quite shy and so going up to buy items causes a bit of anxiety. When they encounter this issue with the card they just put the hat down and left with no words. Since this experience my teen and their friend have not gone back. They both felt unwelcome in the store and like they shouldn't be there. Their stories of how they've been treated when going in alone (they're 16 so old enough to shop on their own) has really soured my opinion and has made me avoid Cabona's.

I walked in to give them the date I could pick it up because it wasn't quite ready. I told them September 27th I'd get it. Then they said okay just call when you want to pick it up and I said I'm here in front of you and I'd like to get it on the 27th--again the owner said okay call us it was and confirm. So weird. So, then I did call and remind them just because they seemed like they could care less I came in front of them asking to confirm date. When I got there they were really weird about assisting me with a small ottoman to get into my car--not I have spend $7,600 on a sofa! I got total attitude and snotty help. I will NEVER shop here again they won't see a nickel from me and I will not refer anyone to their store. So sad you cannot get local retailers to appreciate you and all the business you have sent them.
