The pistachio tart was fresh with a rich nutty flavor, though it took a little finesse to eat because the filling kept wanting to spill out. My favorite was the lychee raspberry & rosewater pastry. It was flaky, with a delicate sweetness from the fruits and a subtle floral note from the rosewater. You can really taste the dedication in these pastries. We talked for a bit and their warmth and genuinely reflects what their business signs state: "Together we can 'bake' the world a better place." We got there right at a good time because after our order, a TON of people came in. One lady even said, "This is the place."
