Shipper ended up having bumper ready for them to pick up shortly after this. They went and picked it up, knowing they did NOT pay for this (since I refunded the in full). Then refused to return it and said they picked it up since the shipper kept calling them even though I told the shipper to return to me. They are ignoring any emails or calls from me at this point to get reimbursement or my item back! Watch out. If they deal like this, imagine what they might do with a car they're selling you.
