Based on staff reactions, this appears to be a regular occurrence. What ultimately changed my view was witnessing the same co-owner remove a customer for having a medical service dog. The dog was calm, well-behaved, and clearly wearing a service vest. She stated that the customer "didn't look sick" and asked them to leave. This was upsetting to watch and made the environment feel unwelcoming. When I later raised concerns about my own service, they were brushed off rather than addressed. The other co-owner does not engage with customers and keeps his head down, offering no interaction. I no longer recommend this restaurant and have stopped going. Many excellent restaurants in the area deserve support--especially those that treat their employees and customers with respect and understand accessibility requirements and ADA Laws.
