I also purchased brand-new black lug nuts so the entire setup would look clean and finished. Unfortunately, the service experience was very disappointing. When the work was completed, my brand-new wheels looked like they had been handled very roughly. The lug nuts looked worn as if they were years old, and my center caps had visible scuffs and surface damage. It appears the wheels were treated very aggressively during installation. The service manager who took my order also did not seem to listen carefully to my requests about how I wanted the wheels positioned and mounted on the van, which caused confusion and delays. I had previously left them a low score, and this is an updated review. I gave them more business hoping that this time things would improve, but I am even more disappointed with the outcome. Overall, I feel that my investment in new rims and tires was not respected, and the service quality did not meet the standard I expected. I feel that the damage caused during service outweighed the value of the work performed, and I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

Horizon Dr. My car was misdiagnosed and for some reason they replaced a wheel bearing for $697.83 (including $30.90 for five lug nuts and a random $31.66 'shop supply fee'). After replacing the bearing, the car still ran as poorly as before. To his credit, the manager admitted that he didn't notice the snapped stabilizer bar, but informed me that along with that, i'd have to replace a couple other parts and the total would be an ADDITIONAL $1000+. He said he'd call me Monday with the prices and to set up an appointment. So i left with my car in the exact same shape, but with $697.83 less than when i arrived. The manager DID NOT call me back on Monday, so i got it assessed at another shop. It turned out the only problem was the stabilizer bar, which was replaced and all in the cost was $246.10. The wheel bearing had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. Nobody from this Tire Choice location or the corporate office ever returned my calls. In addition, on that Saturday while they were working on my car, a Tire Choice employee was talking about how a manager from a different store was transferred to this location and would lock his office door, turn off the lights and sleep during business hours. And apparently that manager still has a job at another location. This company is a joke and there is no way they would ever touch my car again. They also, through a letter to my credit card company, refused to reimburse me for anything. Again, they never contacted me directly. There are plenty of tire/repair places out there, I suggest you choose a different one.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Whatever the issue, they're always transparent about your vehicle's needs and they keep you updated on the work being done via text and a link that takes you to your car and it's work order. Honestly, I truly trust this place. They've never been dishonest about the work needing to be done...And yes I'm female, but I was also an F16 jet mechanic in the USAF... So I do understand vehicle maintenance ;)
