Mr. George Gomez did an ok Mow and Blow lawn service for a year for me, and one day on a Saturday afternoon showed up at my house with his workers, and started cutting down 5 trees in my backyard without my permission, when I was at work! I texted him over and over to "STOP CUTTING" but he was keep texting me back and pushing to cut down more and keep saying I'll give you a good deal? These trees were 30+ years old and he cut them down like nothing... then texted me to pay him $2,600 dollars? I told him I never authorized the Job and he needs to clean up the backyard and plant 5 trees for me... he said ok but he left everything behind, never cleaned up, and left his dumpster in my driveway for 5 weeks, and never answered my calls or text and showed up on a Sunday evening, when I was at work again, and took his dumpster and never answered calls! Mr. George Gomez is an opportunist and will try to take advantage of your trust! Do yourself a favor and don't give him your business... unless you would like to have your backyard looks like mine for weeks. read more

My husband spoke to him on Saturday asked if he could come on Sunday for an estimate to remove a huge tree in our backyard. He texted him our address, said he would be here between 10 and 11am and he was a no show. No call or text to say he couldn't make it or if we could reschedule. We wound up going with another company who came out quickly to do the work for us. read more

I recently bought a house and needed someone to clear out all the weeds, trees and plants I did not like and fix some leaking sprinkler valves and connectors. It was a big job and I got a few quotes, and this company is the only one that gave an honest estimate (The other two charged almost triple). My parents have been using him for years and passed along the contact to myself when they heard the other quotes. Not only did they fix everything in a timely manner, they were very polite and efficient. I have now contracted them to do my regular maintenance. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!! They cleaned up our backyard Monday (it was bad after all the rain and the weeds that came up), mowed our front yard, and trimmed all our bushes and plants back to a perfect length in less than an hour and a half--did everything as asked and did a beautiful job. We had a spur of the moment need for them to come Friday evening with helping move 2 big used turf rolls to the backyard. I called Jorge around 1230pm and he said they would see if they could make it because they had appointments (as expected). They came after they were done with their day's jobs to help with our last-minute request (on a Friday night mind you!). The task at hand was no easy task--the rolls were filled with sand and dirt that had to be knocked out so they could be moved (they're about 1,000 pounds each when filled). They worked from about 630pm to 930pm and helped my husband unroll the rolls using rope, our borrowed truck with hitch, and a lot of hard work. They got the job completed--sand/grit out of the turf rolls, re-rolled the rolls, moved them to the backyard, and swept/scooped up all the sand/grit from the street and moved it to our backyard by wheelbarrow. These are the guys you want working for you. They will do the work and do it well. We can't thank you enough Jorge and crew! You guys are amazing! read more

Before I start my review, I want to point out that it's not Brandon doing this review. I am a woman but I don't know why Google is using my sons name. But it doesn't matter. I hired Fabian Gomez to mow my lawn. We spoke and texted a few times and agreed that today will be the first day he starts to work on my yard. Well, today came and he was a no show. By two pm I started looking for him via phone. He finally responded and said he was busy and wanted to come in another week, which I told him it was unacceptable since my yard was looking ugly because I was depending on him to come cut it today. He didn't even bother to answer that comment or to offer a better solution. As a matter of fact, I don't think he would have even notified he wasn't coming. I only found out because I reached out to him. Therefore, I let him know I don't want his services anymore because I need someone reliable and with integrity. He replied to that comment by saying that he only went where people paid today. I didn't really understand what he meant by that. I don't see how it had anything to do with me since I cannot pay him for work he never did. I also told him that I will be giving bad reviews to warn others. He didn't respond. But I will update this review if he comes back with insults or threats because I gave him a bad review, as he knows where I live. read more

After looking up the other positive reviews, I thought to myself that I have found a reliable gardener. Jorge showed up on time to give me the estimation and we agreed to have the job done. The next visit he sent his friend who was also on time and hardworking. When it was about to get dark, he ringed my door bell and said that he was all done. I looked at him and was like what happened to those palm trees? It was during the estimation that he said "I will give you an estimate on everything." Now that when dark came, he changed everything to everything but the palm trees. I was so disappointed. Please make sure you have everything down on paper before doing any business with him. He lingered in my front door so I paid for the service minus the palm trees that he promised. I will involve law enforcement if something goes wrong in my front yard tomorrow. read more

Excellent choice we made calling Gomez Lawn Service. They came out to remove some shrubs and ivy, they did an excellent job. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction, we just made another appointment with them to do more Landscape work. I highly recommend this company, they do great work for a reasonable price. Gomez Lawn & Tree Service provides excellent lawn service. They are consistent, reliable, efficient, and thorough. Our yard has never looked so great. They not only cut the lawn, they treat for weeds, trim the flowers and bushes, and check and repair the sprinklers. They go above and beyond any of our previous lawn services.
