First issue, the bartender couldn't have been bothered and seemed annoyed when you went up to order drinks. Second issue, around 10:15pm we decided to watch the NBA All-Star dunk contest and figured we'd be there until close (11pm). At 10:40pm, the guy who was running the front desk just shut off the TV with no warning... didn't tell us to leave and just started cleaning up. Would've been nice to get some sort of warning and a heads up like "hey guys we have to close up early so sorry but I need to shut this down"... customer service was clearly lacking with this crew.

I never had the pleasure, so I jumped at the chance since my son is in college, and I don't seem to get a lot of trick-or-treaters in the city. Ferncroft is settled in what I would call a business-residential area, with beautiful homes, surroundings, and a stones throw away from Coco Key Resort. The road to get up to the main building was very dark, I am sure that is for a reason, but it was fitting for Halloween night I suppose. We pulled up and had our choice of spots. I figured there would be something going on but it seemed like just another night from the parking lot. When we entered, we were great with smiles and a roaring fire place. The smells from the kitchen already taking over my senses. I was in for a treat. The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and presented the specials well. Dinning room is small but that's okay because you can enjoy all the ambience it has to offer. After ordering a few drinks, my friend and I dove right in. Sliders and nachos to start and two mixed grilled plates for dinner. We finished that off with slices of Sweet Potato Maple cheesecake and Chocolate Fudge cake. Of course Sugerman had coffee as well. Appetizers 4 out 5 - The SLIDERS! I was advised by my friend we should order these. They didn't disappoint. Juicy, flavorful, and served with warm fries. You could even order this for your entree. The kid in you will love these, and so will the adult. The nachos were good. On par with most places but nothing special. Entrees 5 out 5 - Now I know we both ordered the mixed grill, but we both had the same feelings. The sausage was grilled to perfection, the chicken was super flavorful, and the steak tips melted in my mouth. Choose a side and you can't go wrong. And for the price, about $15 a plate, we were completely satisfied. Desserts 5 out 5 - My buddy was in a chocolate coma. The cake was rich and moist. The only problem with my Sweet Potato Maple cheesecake is I couldn't slow myself down to enjoy it longer. The house coffee was excellent, which I would "roast" them for (pun intended) for not caring about the little things. It was a perfect way to end the meal. Service 4 out 5 - Most of all the staff was warm and friendly, and out waitress certainly was. Plates were cleared and new silverware placed promptly. So if you ever get the opportunity to eat here with a member, cancel your plans and go early to view the local colors and scenery.

I haven't tried their clinic yet but it may be worth it to try. Staff was very friendly and there wasn't a rush. From reading the other reviews I'll likely try out their 3 hole game. It's also nice to see that after going to the driving range you can stop and get ice cream which is located in the same parking plaza.

I was honestly guessing about 9, so that was really cool. I thought the holes and course was maintained and clean. They had some shaded spots and seats in case you need to sit down. The pace was a bit slow but it was a busy day. I can't wait to come back to try the other course!

Mike Francis is the most intuitive and knowledgeable club fitter/golf professional I have ever…read moredealt with. I have had several fittings over the almost 30 years that I have played golf. (I started when I was 48). I have had spinal surgery and as a result of this and aging my distances have dropped significantly. When I called PGASSTORE Peabody I spoke Craig, the manager on duty. He actually listened, asked great questions, and insisted I book a fitting with Mike Francis, ONLY. Great advice. At our first appointment he only fit me irons (AND SHAFTS). He doesn't believe in full bag fittings. Next appointment was for a driver. Great technology, better knowledge. Suggested driver, a fairway, and hybrids to augment the irons. I ordered them all. Needed more loft in the fairway, took advantage of their satisfaction warrantee and Craig perfectly suggested alternative fairway. Driver was giving un reliable results. Contacted store. Mike insisted I book a free driver evaluation appointment. Within two minutes he saw the problems, tweaked the club and my setup. I was then hitting simulator drives in excess of my computed optimum. This man is a golf genius, easy to talk to and WON't upsell you. I'm sorry I can only give five stars to him and Craig. Yes, it's a big store. If you want new sticks BOOK A STUDIO FITTING WITH MIKE FRANCIS.

I tried to return a set of clubs under the 90 day return policy. I didn't have my receipt but I asked the salesperson if he could look me up in the system or use my credit card. I just wanted to return to buy a new ( and more expensive set) his response was " we don't do that, can't you see how busy I am and please step aside so the next customer can make her purchase". I asked again politely and his response was " what part of my explanation didn't you understand". it's back to online or golfers warehouse for me. if this is a part of your training and your staff can't manage a busy store without insulting customers, it's time to update your training
