So I've passed by this place numerous times and my son decided to take me here for an early Father's Day present. As soon as we got there, the hostess was super friendly. She walked us to our bay and explained how everything worked. The staff was super friendly and attentive and always came back to check on us. My first ever time trying this virtual screen stuff. I was only expecting to be there for less than an hour, but me and my husband ended up staying for over 2 hours. From the very beginning the service was very great. All staff were attentive and genuine. Their menu options looked so delicious but we had bulgogi and gyoza, which was very tasteful. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted very welcoming ! They were able to accommodate a bay for my husband since he is left handed and they don't have many options available for lefties ! We waited about 10 minutes meanwhile they set up the whole thing on a Friday night, which wasn't bad! The ambiance seemed like such a fun and upbeat experience! Today was Golf Plus grand opening and it was so much fun! We ordered the spicy Gangnam wings and they were delicious! Samatha and Kevin offered great customer service (awesome attitude, patient and attentiveness). We reserved a room where we played virtual golf and had access to karaoke with motion sensores lights. From the entrance to the private rooms, the whole building is warm and inviting. We wanted to just check the place out and ended up having dinner and playing in one of the bays for 3 hours. I took my wife, 18yo son and 84 yo dad to check this place out. We arrived at around 5:30pm, our plan was to play some golf and have dinner. We were greeted by Danny and given a tour of the complex. Really friendly and helpful. The private rooms were really cool! Can play golf, eat and do Karaoke too. May have to try it next time we have an event. I used to play quite frequently. My wife had never even hit a golf ball and my son had lessons when he was younger but has not played in quite a while. So we were there mainly to have fun and get some food. But I could see there were some more serious players there and getting a good session in. We did not really know how to work the machine, so Jonny was helpful in getting us started. We hit some practice balls and ordered some food. The food was better than what I had expected. Very pleasantly surprised. We had two different flavors of wings, the bulgogi pizza and the kimchi fried rice. All of it was delicious, but I especially liked the wings. Top notch! We played a round of nine, did not play well, but was definitely fun. I would choose this over bowling anytime! Definitely will be back, will have to bring my golf buddies next time. I really like that I can have a place to play in rain, cold, extreme heat or when it is dark. I wish this had been around when I was younger. read more

I had really high hopes for this place. I came with my family on Christmas Day, and felt like we were being babysat by the owner. We were really excited for this, especially my son who was really looking forward to it. He's 10 years old and was really excited to try out the virtual golfing. The owner came in many times and expressed that "inexperienced" golfers should probably not try it, because if anything happened to the machine it would cost us 40,000 to fix it. We really just wanted to have fun and a good time and we had exactly the opposite of that. We will definitely not be returning. read more

Came at 1 pm on a Saturday and there were plenty of bays open. You can call ahead for a left handed bat but most of the other bays are right handed only. Highly recommend this place. The place is very clean. Lots of bays and they even have private studios! There's a bar with great cocktails and draft beer. They even have a separate seating area for food. The servers were friendly and attentive. They knew when to pop in ask check in on us without it feeling like they were interrupting.
