In the past year I have had the guys (Collin, Gary, and Richard) work on 5 different bikes ranging from bike assembly and service to packing and shipping. They worked on everything from my early 1990s Bianchi Eros to my Argon 18 to my 2020 Lynsey GR pro. I often just drop by to have a chat with them about their thoughts on bicycles and triathlons. Beyond bikes my wife and I have gotten several pairs of running shoes (great selection and often sales up to 50% off) where Gary has talked us through what we should be looking for in comfort and fit. Hands down I would suggest this store to anyone in the market for a bike/shoes or getting their bike surfaced!

This is a two-story location. It's fairly large. And, it is fully stocked with all of the things you would expect them to carry. So, if you want to go in here and buy those sporting goods that you need, this is the place to go. This location also carries a lot of Badgers and Packers jerseys, hats, T-shirts, and all of that kind of stuff. So if you're looking for that team stuff or memorabilia, again, this is your place to go. As in all Dick's Sporting Goods, the staff here are all very nice and they will help you as best as they can. So, if you look looking for what Dick's has to offer, this is local location to go.

I needed to grab a pair of shoes and some clothing for a man who was in need of help on Tuesday…read morenight, and this was the closest shop I could find that had both shoes and clothing, including t-shirts, briefs, pants, and socks. I didn't see the Kohl's across the lot until after I spent nearly $200 here. Even the same items are priced so high here. The cheapest shoes I could find were $99 and they were wrong size so I passed on those. You tick the size and style into a kiosk and then a worker brings the shoes to you, but she brought a women's 7 instead of a man's 7, and it was too late to re-do the process so I just skipped buying the shoes. The line at checkout was super long, too. I don't think I'll come back here.

Went browsing at Fleet Feet looking for a possible walking shoe. I had not planned on making a…read morepurchase, just looking at options and had already been to several stores, as I have several issues with feet and knees. The lady who greeted me asked if I had an appointment, I did not. She proceeded to assist me anyway, using technology to analyze my feet and walking pattern. I was surprised to find out one foot had a very high arch, while the other was very low. Was never told this before and this information helped to explain a lot of things. My high arch was collapsing, affecting the ankle and knee and opposite leg as I was favoring one side over the other. Denise took A LOT of time with me, fitted me with several options of shoes and arch supports. I found one shoe with a support that gave me relief in my knee that I had not had for many, many months. It is shocking that relief could be experienced so quickly. Everything is not back to normal yet, but I am very happy with my purchase of shoes, arch support, socks. I highly recommend Fleet Feet and I would go again for the excellent personalized service. I would also recommend taking advantage of setting an appointment.

I had a great experience and even learned something new. I had no idea that when you use shoe inserts you're supposed to take out the original shoes insert. Mind blown. They have a good selection of outdoor clothes and gear, at surprisingly reasonable prices. What really impressed me were their hiking shoes selection though. Better hiking shoe selection than the REI we have. Where REI had a couple options for men's hiking shoes, LL Bean had 6+. The best part of the experience was Alex, who helped us find the right shoes for us. She was very knowledgeable in each shoe type, knowing customers preferred and disliked about each shoe, and even knowing about how the companies changed their styles! I described an issue I was feeling, and she knew why I was having that issue (loose heel feeling), and what brand would better suit my needs. Left extremely happy with my purchase! Thanks Alex!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They didn't have the size needed in store, but took down my I formation and called me when it was ready (just a few business days later). My second trip was Christmas shopping for goalie gloves, a goalie jersey, and soccer ball. The prices were actually reasonable compared to the same product we had looked at on Amazon. With that being said, you can definitely spend a fair share of cash without putting much effort into it. Most/many clubs use Stefans as their uniform supplier, and they keep your kids' information in the computer for easier ordering (online too!). Prices are reasonable. We thought shoes might be pricey there, being a "high end soccer store", but the shoes they carry are competitively priced with other stores. They also have the "good stuff" that other stores won't carry. Check the clearance rack for some nice clothing to wear otherwise - discontinued items can end up there. The store location is convenient and you can usually get help quickly.
