I have purchased a good number of items for the last two or three years and for the great majority have been extremely satisfied with the quality and price. Whenever I had a problem their support team has responded immediately and have resolved it to my satisfaction. I strongly recommended it for anyone looking for good quality clothing at a great price. read more

I have used golfanything.com and their Canada store for years. I have even met Paul in person in Scottsdale prior to the pandemic. My recent order was shorted and did not match the packing slip. With over 6 phone messages and 6+ emails I have yet to get any reply on their course of action. Atleast refund me my money for the clothing item. Not hearing any response is a difficult situation to be in especially when every other day you get an email from the site for a new great purchase discount and opportunity. I do not recommend purchasing from them until they can get their customer service portion of the company to a respectable place. read more

Bought a skort from them, they sent me the wrong size - I returned it and I never received a credit or my money back $42. Emailed customer service - some one named Ryan - never got any response after numerous attempts. Do not buy from this place - think it's a scam!! read more

Ryan - did an outstanding job in communicating the process of securing a credit after I messed up the online ordering app. very attentive and easy to talk. golf anything has always been easy to do business with! best price best value! read more

I ordered the same item twice with the same information provided, the item was in stock and would ship soon. Both times the item was out of stock and would not ship. I had to contact Golf Anything to find out this information. I also had to request a refund instead of receiving a credit. read more

I sent an email concerning an issue with an order. The response was quick and the matter was taken care of in a very professional manner. I was very impressed. read more

Have been shopping at GolfAnything for years, both through the mail and in visits to Scottsdale. Great prices, service and products...can't say enough for their customer service!!!!! Keep up the great work and keep the great deals coming. read more

This is the absolute WORST company I ever dealt with. No problem in getting the merchandise I ordered but just try and return an item. I've called and left messages 5 times, sent email request to customer service 8 times and NO ONE has responded to my inquiries. I would not recommend buying anything from this organization. Go to Amazon and eliminate your headaches. read more

The Golf Anything Outlet is AMAZING! The owners are wonderful and very helpful. Natalie and her husband always take the time to help me select wonderful golf items at such a great price. This is my favorite place to shop for golf items. read more

Awesome selection and prices. I got some sweet footjoy shoes and I was surprised at the prices. I actually went there for a new pitching wedge, but they don't carry clubs. I was happy that I stumbled in anyway. Highly recommended! read more

If you're looking for great deals on golf shoes and apparel, come here! I needed something warm for cold day at the links and stumbled across Golf Anything. Being 6'5" I didn't really expect to find anything but to my amazement their cozy store has quite the selection. The customer service was superb and not overbearing. As I was shopping I was even offered an espresso! Where else do you find that? Needless to say I ended up buying more than I came for. The deals were too good to pass up. I will definitely return. Please note that this is more of an apparel store. At the time I went in I didn't see any clubs and there was a small selection of balls. read more

Shopping at Golf Anything is truly an "inside the ropes" experience. Excellent customer service and outfits at extremely reasonable prices. A must visit location to shop and look like a pro! read more

What a great shop. Apparel, vintage golf clubs, shoes, great selection. Paul was very kind and helpful. I actually witnessed him balance helping a very picky customer find the perfect shoe while still welcoming every person coming in the door to the shop. Very aware of customer service! Thank you Paul, I will be back. read more

Don't order anything from this company! They have not responded to my numerous emails regarding a returned item. They don't even have a person answering phone calls, they have a recorded response that directs you to their email address- which they also don't respond to. read more

In my opinion--they, re running a con game. They somehow get your email and offer an item at an unbelievable low price. You check it out on Amazon. Its an amazing price. Don't fall for it. They will not send you that item. It will be out of stock; something totally different; or in some other way defective. Sometime they send nothing; and do not reply to your requests for a refund. Meanwhile they bombard your mailbox with other offers for "junk". Hoping you will bite---since you are waiting for them to deliver that great deal you thought your were getting that never comes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM--ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN ARIZONA. read more

Ordered a head cover through eBay, but wrong one sent. Returned it and immediately ordered the same item again. It arrived 2 days later - exactly the same one they sent the first time! Contacted them via their website - no response. They don't answer the phone. Hoping I get a refund on both orders, but not holding my breath. Terrible customer service - stay well away. read more

Returned shoes that were different than online description. Went back and forth with Cole. I think he was just stringing me a long with absurdities. With Amazon, Golf Galaxy and Carl's Golfland - who needs the abuse! read more

Not sure if this is a legitimate business. I placed an online order. They sent me an email saying they were out of some of the items and that they've issued a refund. That was about a month ago. I wrote to them 3 times and I have yet to receive a refund. read more

Buyer beware! They show a picture of 5 head covers in their advertisement. I order it and they send me 1 of the 5. Deceptive I think! :-( Disappointed with the experience. read more

I was at Golf Anything outlet today and was totally impressed with the fabulous selection of shoes they had. Managed to purchase two pairs of golf shoes and can't decide which ones to wear tomorrow ! Both Paul and Natalie, the owners were so pleasant, helpful and lots of fun to deal with. Will definitely be back and will tell my friends what a great experience this was for me, Can't wait to go back. Christine read more

This place is the BEST! I often use their online store, as well. The owner, Paul, in very nice and helpful.

Would have been a 5 star rating if I didn't have to do some extra work to get my item. The shoes I bought came in 2 days (or would have) and the price was great! Downside was that not enough weight was factored in for shipping USPS and I had to pay $9.25 additional postage to receive the item. Called GolfAnything and they took care of refunding my PayPal account the money, then I went to the post office to pick up my item. I WILL shop from them again because of their promptness to resolving the postage due issue. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They sent me the wrong size shoes, and failed to live uo toi their mistake, Net-net, I spent $31 in total shipping fees to NOT get a pair of $45 discount golf shoes., And their attitude towards me as a potential customer was horrible read more

This place is the WORST, shop elsewhere! The last two times I purchased from Golf Anything they sent me the wrong size. The first time they agreed to send me a return shipping label and the exchange for the correct size went smoothly. This last time, after they approved my return for a refund, they refused to send me a return shipping label and I had to pay $7.30 to return a $15 item that was the wrong size. After my return was received, they did NOT refund my money as was pre-approved. I called twice and emailed twice to ask about my refund, but got no response. On one phone call I was told the person I needed to talk with was busy and he would return my call.... that never happened. Finally I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment in order to receive my refund. Of course that didn't include my return postage of $7.30 which Golf Anything still owes me, as they promise on their website. Be very wary of purchasing anything from this company, especially if it's an article of clothing as you'll likely be sent the wrong size and have difficulty getting a refund. Their customer service is the WORST!!! With so many other great alternatives available for purchasing golf equipment, it makes no sense at all to give these clowns your business. I will never shop there again and I urge everyone else to shop elsewhere as well. read more
