The staff arrived almost exactly when I was told they would and the services took almost exactly as long. We moved into our house 2 years ago and between work and kids and school, I cannot say we've ever really "deep cleaned" it. I'm very happy with how good things look, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen! I was also home during the cleaning because I'm breastfeeding and didn't want to be out somewhere and have to come back quickly. The staff was really considerate of that and allowed me to simply move around the house to the areas they weren't working really easily. Also helpful: they bring all of their own cleaning supplies, take out the trash, make the beds if you put clean sheets on them, etc. There were some areas that were even cleaner than I expected (our fireplace area) and they even did some small organization where needed. My only adjusting feedback is that they missed some cobwebs along the ceilings and in corners. I was able to quickly get rid of those with a duster :) Next time I decide to do a deep clean, I will likely go with them again! I'm not financially able to do monthly or bimonthly services but if I ever do add that to my budget, I'll certainly consider Maid Brigade.

So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies.
