The person who came was lovely and did some cleaning, but overall, what the person who comes is expected to do is subpar and qualifies as light cleaning at best. We had paid for a deep clean for the extra time it takes to really clean, but it soon became clear that I would simply be paying double for no more cleaning than the basic clean. So I changed it to standard plus. I had to leave for an appointment and when we got back, it wasn't clear whether or not the floors had been swept, certainly not vacuumed, and if they were mopped, it was the most cursory mop at best. A waste of money and a huge disappointment. Use at your own risk. (Meanwhile, I still tipped the person $30 because my aim is not to exploit her and I know she put in the time.) But the company and services being promoted do not remotely meet what is being provided.

She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. I explained how I wanted the apartment clean and what supplies, that I provided, to use. (I'm very specific like that. I use mostly "green" environmentally friendly products). A team of 3 women came the next day on time. They began to work as soon as they arrived.They wore quietly and cleaned the apartment until it sparkled as requested. The were very polite and courteous. And i was absolutely disappointed with their level of work. Three people showed up 20 minutes past the appointed time and when asked how long it would take to clean up (two bed/two baths), they told me hour and a half was sufficient. From the beginning I thought it was strange that they only needed hour and a half. I have a four months-old baby so I vacated my apartment in order for them to work freely. When I came back home after about an hour, they were already hurrying to leave. Indeed I figured I was right as soon as they left after only 70 minutes of disappointing work. Here are a list of my complaints: 1. Before I left my place, I saw them dusting out a blind next to my bed without opening the window. I asked them to begin cleaning with all the windows open. 2. I asked them to clean a mat in baby's room and vacuum the room. But when I came back home there were dusts all over a toy laying on the mat. I believe they didn't even bother to remove the mat while cleaning. 3. They emptied all the trash cans but didn't bother to put plastic bags so I had to refill on each of them. 4. A stand had dust all over it as it did before cleaning. 5. Photo frames were dirty even after they wiped them. 6. Cabinets in the bathrooms was left full of dust (probably didn't even wiped them). 7. Kitchen walls still had dirty spots. 8. Cabinets in the kitchen left full of dust and stains. 9. Kitchen sink left with stains. 10. Stove left uncleaned and left with grease. 11. I mentioned to have dishwasher cleaned but left with spots of stains. 12. And finally the odor of whatever cleaning products was awful. They told me that their schedule was packed on the day I asked so they might not be able to schedule to come in. Then they called me back saying it was fine and set me an appointment. If they were going to be short in time and work half-heartedly I don't understand why they scheduled me in the first place. I feel like I paid them just to vacuum. I cannot say how much I was disappointed with their unprofessional work. I will never hire them again nor will I recommend to anyone else. The price was not even cheaper than most other companies. I would pay much more to hire a crew who are more responsible and professional about their business.
