We enjoyed our food. They didn't ask about spice level. Not sure if they just do things a certain way or if that just got missed. My friend's panang curry had a bit more spice than she expected. It was not overly busy and they allowed us to sit and chat without rushing us out. It was also a great place to be because you could actually hear the people you were with. They have a light music in the background but it's soft and not overpowering everything. It was a great visit!

Service was amazing too. I definitely be back.

I ordered from here for the first time. I got spring rolls and chicken satay. I have to say that…read morethey were both some of the most flavorless food I've ever eaten. The spring rolls were made with spring mix and that was all I could taste. There was no Thai basil or cilantro which could have added SOME kind of flavor maybe. The sauce it came with was also lacking any depth of flavor. The chicken satay with its accompanying peanut sauce were devoid of any flavor also. Completely lacking in any spice. I know I keep using the word flavor. But thai food is supposed to have oodles of it and this had zilch, zero, none!!! I only gave it two stars because it was delivered fast.

The service was wonderful - personable and on top of everything. One aspect which really stood out was the number of regulars picking up take out. Each of them stayed and visited with their friends running the restaurant. It was impressive to hear the people behind the counter asking details about these people's lives. Not nosey - these are people they knew well and enjoyed having around. I think that says a lot about the quality of the place. That same friendliness was extended to everyone in the restaurant. Everything we had was great. They even made me a diet/regular coke mix without a confused look. Then they remembered it with each fill-up.

Hidden gem alert: Tiny, mighty, and seriously addictive Thai in Provo!…read more This little spot is proof that big flavor doesn't need a big space. We're talking maybe five or six tables total--cozy doesn't even begin to cover it. The walls are covered in gorgeous photos of Thailand and serene Buddha art that transport you thousands of miles away. More often than not, the owner is right there in the kitchen, wok in hand, personally sending out every dish. You can feel the love and care in every bite. Yes, the Pad Thai is solid (as it should be), but please--don't sleep on the rest of the menu. The fried rice is next-level, the curries are rich, aromatic perfection that will have you scraping the plate, and the signature dishes? Absolute showstoppers. Case in point: the Crispy Orange Chicken. It's hands-down better than most of the orange chicken I've had anywhere--perfectly fried, glossy sauce with that bright citrus punch, tender chicken, crispy outside. Pure bliss. The appetizers are no slouch either: The fresh rolls are bursting with crisp veggies (or plump shrimp) and herbs--light, refreshing, and full of life. The golden, crispy spring rolls are packed with veggies, and the crab rangoons? Creamy, dreamy, and dangerously addictive. And if you're feeling adventurous, dive into one of their incredible curries--vibrant, creamy, and deeply satisfying. Fair warning: Once you try Thai Simple Dish, you'll be plotting your next visit before you even leave. This place is small in square footage, but massive in flavor. Provo Thai food just leveled up. Highly recommend--go hungry and bring your stretchy pants!

As a former server/ bartender this place is awful. Who knows maybe they are helping with cooking the food in the back. If it was located in any major city it wouldn't last a week. Good for them for getting away with terrible service and mediocre food.
