On the day of the work, Robert arrived with another skilled worker (I believe it was Hector), and they both did an excellent job. I especially appreciated that they took photos before (for the estimate) and after, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. He was very transparent with his pricing and there were no hidden fees which was nice. He did not pressure for more sample than what was needed. He even offered sound advice on which type of test is preferred for certain areas (swab vs air). He identified visible mold in multiple areas of my apartment and backed it up with lab-certified air and surface samples. The interpretation report clearly explained the findings -- including the detection of Stachybotrys (toxic mold) in the master bathroom -- and outlined exactly what remediation steps were needed. Highly recommend if you want honest, science-backed results and not just a guessing game. We will be using Michael's services again if needed.

The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. No need for back and forth messaging asking for prices or your number for them to call. I checked their reviews and that's it, I decided I want their services. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot. Just trust Home Inspection experts. They got you covered. I recommend this company 100%.
