The worst there is in customer service. We booked them. We prepared the rooms for the inspection. We slept in other places so that the room will be closed as instructed. We waited for the to come. They didn't show up at the assigned time. We called and they told us there was a mistake and they double booked. We spoke to Katy the manager and she apologized but absolutely refused to correct the situation for today. We asked she call the other client to movve their time because we are gone and allocated the day to this impsection and her refusal to meet us half way and send someone today was so aggrevating that I told her to burn in hell. Inspector named Mike came out to do a full house inspection, and it was basically a SCAM! very unprofessional in very way! - Did not inspect the crawl space and attic, and lied about it (only took pictures from the entrance of both areas, nothing else). -He was supposed to spend 3hrs inspecting, he was done in less than hour and a half. - Didn't properly collect sample(s) to test for mold, so Results were not reliable. -the case manager did nothing but cover up and make up excuses when told about how the "inspector" conducted business. read more

If you are wondering if you have a mold problem or if you know you have one and want to know more about it, this company is who you want to use! Their inspectors are very thorough and careful. And they really know what they are doing. I live on the top floor of a condo. I smelled some dampness in a cupboard of mine. The HOA came to check it out. They told me nothing was wrong. There was no moisture detected. I did not feel comfortable with that, after all.....I was smelling something! I called Mold Inspection Sciences to see if they could find what I was smelling. Tim, wonderful Tim, came out and not only did he find moisture in my walls but he found where it was coming from! That was not his job. He just cared enough to see if he could figure it out as long as he was there. He discovered that the roof was leaking! Thank you for going the extra mile, Tim! The HOA repaired the leak and came to check for moisture and told me everything was ok. They tested for moisture and said there was none. I would not buy that so I insisted the HOA hire a company to open the wall and see what was going on in there. They hired Air Inc. and they found mold and termites and wood that was eaten up by termites and pipes that were not connected and more. Air Inc. did the remediation they said was needed and that it was all fixed. I called Mold Inspection Sciences again to inspect their work. Daniel came out and did a very thorough inspection. He took pictures and explained everything to me. I did not even pass the visual inspection; so we didn't bother to test the air yet! They left a lot of mold on the wall behind the disconnected pipes because they couldn't get to it. Thank you Daniel for catching that! Right now I am having more remediation and I will call Mold Inspection Sciences again to re-inspect everything when Air Inc finishes. What a mess!!!!!!! Great experience, especially considering why someone might call for a service like this. The old lady that lives upstairs from us flooded our apartment for the 3rd time in 9 years. The property management company refused to have our rental unit inspected for mold every time she flooded us and threatened that having our unit inspected would compromise our deposit.
