Sean charged me $550 for an air quality test and to scan the walls with an infrared device. He said the infrared showed the walls were dry. However, the lab test results came back inconclusive, so I reached out to a different mold remediation company, and they told me the air test and infrared viewing are not accurate enough to detect water damage or mold. A hole needs to be drilled into the wall, and a test taken from behind the wall, not just the surface. Sure enough, this company was right, and there was water damage behind the wall. Save your money and find a different company that will perform the tests the right way. read more

I had a situation which I thought was black mold and due to the severity of the concern, Sean was able to come out to the rental property the very next day. I have been having a terrible mold issue in a place o rent. My landlord hasn't done anything about it. I wanted to get the place tested myself. Sean came out and he was very good and professional.
