I waited over 50 minutes past my scheduled time, and only found out my appointment had been moved and another patient was taken instead because my paperwork wasn't completed -- something that was not communicated to me at all. No one updated me until I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and even then I was told it would be another 10 minutes, but no one followed up and nothing happened. The lack of communication and respect for patient time was very frustrating. At this point, I would rather travel 300 miles to see my regular dermatologist than deal with service like this again.

I'll definitely use this as a learning experience and ask more questions regarding my care in the future. What I appreciate the most, was that my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy even before I left their office, physically, which, was a 10/10 for me because from past experiences, my doctor's office sometimes "forgets" to send them or has sent them later in the day, which delays the pick up especially if you need your meds which can be bothersome and sometimes annoying. Overall, I am happy with my visit.

He then stated that their prices went up as if I had no money on me. Then he tried to talk me into getting my cheeks filled and that is not what I wanted. I've heard great things about Dr. Kashani and thought I would give it a try. BEST DECISION EVER!! The staff was absolutely amazing. They were able to check my benefits (to make sure the doctor took my insurance) within an hour (this usually takes an office a day or 2, depending how busy they are). And they were able to see us same day!!! I called around 950am and got an appointment for the same day at 1150. Now that's what I call service! This office is absolutely amazing. Alejandra (sp), Mark,the receptionist, everyone! I'm glad I did not waste my time trying to get an appointment in San Francisco. If you are thinking about going to Dr. Kashani, just do it.
