I waited over 50 minutes past my scheduled time, and only found out my appointment had been moved and another patient was taken instead because my paperwork wasn't completed -- something that was not communicated to me at all. No one updated me until I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and even then I was told it would be another 10 minutes, but no one followed up and nothing happened. The lack of communication and respect for patient time was very frustrating. At this point, I would rather travel 300 miles to see my regular dermatologist than deal with service like this again.

I was told that there are great doctors in San Francisco (mind you, we are from the bayarea and will travel to see a good doctor). I've heard great things about Dr. Kashani and thought I would give it a try. BEST DECISION EVER!! The staff was absolutely amazing. They were able to check my benefits (to make sure the doctor took my insurance) within an hour (this usually takes an office a day or 2, depending how busy they are). And they were able to see us same day!!! I called around 950am and got an appointment for the same day at 1150. Now that's what I call service! This office is absolutely amazing. He told me how skinny I am and how I lost a ton of weight. He then criticized me by saying my face is thin. I have health problems and I feel it was rude of him to even make such comments to me. I am very disappointed at the unprofessionalism and pompous, arrogant attitude that he had. He told me that he would not be helping me because I had my child with me. He then stated that their prices went up as if I had no money on me. Then he tried to talk me into getting my cheeks filled and that is not what I wanted. I told him no, and he kept trying to talk me into it. I will NEVER be going back. He should be ashamed of himself for making comments towards his patients (especially sick patients)!
