I waited over 50 minutes past my scheduled time, and only found out my appointment had been moved and another patient was taken instead because my paperwork wasn't completed -- something that was not communicated to me at all. No one updated me until I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and even then I was told it would be another 10 minutes, but no one followed up and nothing happened. The lack of communication and respect for patient time was very frustrating. At this point, I would rather travel 300 miles to see my regular dermatologist than deal with service like this again.

What I appreciate the most, was that my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy even before I left their office, physically, which, was a 10/10 for me because from past experiences, my doctor's office sometimes "forgets" to send them or has sent them later in the day, which delays the pick up especially if you need your meds which can be bothersome and sometimes annoying. This is a no-nonsense…read moredoctor he was very thorough, very granular with his explanation so much so that I felt as if I knew exactly what was going to happen on the day of surgery. This doctor pays attention to details, I could tell by some of the comments he made during the consultation. As an FYI most doctors both in the valley and the Bay Area want a $150.00 fee just to examine you for an upper eyelid surgery, Dr. Kashani offers a free consultation. Which I really loved, what if you pay $150.00 then the doctor says to you "it's gonna cost $10,000." guess what you just lost your $150.00. The surgery cost is very, very reasonably priced as well. Needles to say, I will be booking my surgery for January! I read most of the comments here and maybe people that commented negatively didn't like his straight forward approach, or how/who he prefers to refer you to. Dr Kashani (and his staff) are not rude AT ALL he just tells you as if you were speaking to a really good friend who would give you honest answers. He told me how skinny I am and how I lost a ton of weight. He then criticized me by saying my face is thin. I have health problems and I feel it was rude of him to even make such comments to me. I am very disappointed at the unprofessionalism and pompous, arrogant attitude that he had. He told me that he would not be helping me because I had my child with me. He then stated that their prices went up as if I had no money on me. Then he tried to talk me into getting my cheeks filled and that is not what I wanted. I told him no, and he kept trying to talk me into it. I will NEVER be going back. He should be ashamed of himself for making comments towards his patients (especially sick patients)!
