He then took his time to check out my facial skin with his special eye goggles. He also thoroughly explained my condition to me and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed. What I appreciate the most, was that my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy even before I left their office, physically, which, was a 10/10 for me because from past experiences, my doctor's office sometimes "forgets" to send them or has sent them later in the day, which delays the pick up especially if you need your meds which can be bothersome and sometimes annoying. Customer service and patient care have noticeably declined. This office used to be better than even Sutter Dermatology in my opinion, but sadly that is no longer the case.
