I work in Staten Island, so it is more convenient to see her at this location which only opened recently. It is conveniently located by the Hilton Garden Inn. The buidling is noce and the office itself is very modern feeling. Doctor Penrose is friendly and upbeat, but more than that she is a very good doctor and she knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her.
