The lack of communication and respect for patient time was very frustrating. At this point, I would rather travel 300 miles to see my regular dermatologist than deal with service like this again.

What I appreciate the most, was that my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy even before I left their office, physically, which, was a 10/10 for me because from past experiences, my doctor's office sometimes "forgets" to send them or has sent them later in the day, which delays the pick up especially if you need your meds which can be bothersome and sometimes annoying. I've heard great things about Dr. Kashani and thought I would give it a try. BEST DECISION EVER!! The staff was absolutely amazing. They were able to check my benefits (to make sure the doctor took my insurance) within an hour (this usually takes an office a day or 2, depending how busy they are). And they were able to see us same day!!! I called around 950am and got an appointment for the same day at 1150. Now that's what I call service! This office is absolutely amazing.
